  Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

  I've been an @Optus customer for over a decade. However, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. No customer service whatsoever. Their representatives will openly lie to you. Pathetic. @Telstra , here I come.

  @Optus I had ongoing issues for months in merging my accounts, before I went to the TIO and Optus finally said Yes we can do that. Months.

  @ColdHeart_Prj @Telstra Oh... Yeah... That... Sigh... I had issues with Optus a few years ago when I met my wife. Her internet didn't work. After a month of back and forth, they finally realised the issue was on their end, and sent 6 months worth of refunds for lack of service to backdate

  @Optus literally no 4g service on the Mornington peninsula, a one minute Youtube video takes 30 minutes to download at the moment. What am I paying for?
