    @Optus Why would ur call center answer the phone to tell me to ring back in 2 hours? I live in Ipswich area issues with phoning international.

    @botha1313 @Optus Sucks :( my issue was the person who preordered my phone in store got the paperwork wrong. Sheer fluke we were able to fix it same day. Who knows if bill will be correct when I get it though

    @Telstra Thanks, Jess, we will see what Monday brings. Telstra is stuck with us, we don’t have a choice about supplier (can’t sling Optus cable at ours) but this poor quality service is taking a toll and things must improve. I wish we had fibre to node like you guys working from home.

    @NBN_Australia Yep, did that 24 hours ago and yet approaching 48 hours with a large chunk of Westleigh still without connection and TPG/Optus/Telstra unable to even acknowledge there is an issue on their network status pages. A lot of remote workers need an ETA. Someone own the issue please.

    @BecWrong Here... It's taken years but this week and today, I have beaten Optus out of it's stagnant insistence that the email account abandoned years ago, was my account identification.This and more. All problems heaped on the user. Have you ever tried to online register at the San?

    only @Optus would continue to try and charge me for a service I've not used in literally months but here we are please, please, do not use their services, actual dogshit. @ALDIMobileAU is incredible. Affordable, flexible & WAY better service then I ever had with Optus, period.
