    @Optus Optus voice quality is indeed the poorest I also feel as if Optus to Optus quality is way better then Optus to Telstra or Optus to Vodafone while , Vodafone to Telstra and Vodafone to Optus is great! However anything from Optus to others horrible.

    @anthony_gerrits @Optus Not defending Optus here but you are aware that the NBN outage is nothing to do with Optus, they're only a reseller. You would get the same result of no internet when the NBN itself is down with Telstra, or any other reseller.

    @qldtrials @Telstra I’ve been with Optus for over 20 years and their customer service has been pretty good. I’m sure there’s many negative tales about Optus as well but not with me.

    @Optus Well your network is pretty crap in Blackburn which is suburban Melbourne. Calls often dropping out or get no service inside my home I need to go outside to make a call. Neighbour across the road had the same problem.

    @buttsey888 @socialsandwich_ @TheRealALM I wish they were on Optus. Paramount+ is a steaming pile of ****. No option to pause or rewind the streams, or start from start if it's already started. Quality is 9HD like.

    @Optus No call back offered by your tech. That would have been appropriate under the circumstances, right? How can your support team’s diagnostic and troubleshooting tools be down during their working hours when they need to provide support? This reeks of shambolic management.

    @Optus I have no Internet in 3131. I checked network outage and there are no issue. What is going on ? I can’t use my Optus app to chat either
