@ozcjr @Rachel_Organa So now I'm just like...where the hell do I go from here? I feel pretty let down by Optus. And a random tech dude who was looking into internet for another house on our property looked at ours & said we could get fibre but weren't fully set up? It would cost like $300?

@ozcjr @Rachel_Organa So we can't get NBN here. South Brisbane/West End fibre situation is a bit of a **** show. We've been on 4G Broadband with Optus. Speeds have been a bit shifty but lately ATROCIOUS & tech support at Optus pretty much just told us to tap out.

@Optus your service in Adelaide, SA is becoming really poor. Living 2km from the CBD and having no internet really isn’t acceptable.

@lakemac Thanks guys, I can’t find it. I’m just trying to get some mobile reception from someone in Mt Hutton, it’s really dreadful. Optus and Telstra have both been hopeless at giving any help, just like their service. Cheers, Kev.
