    Hello @Optus. Not only have you had zero NBN at my place of business for days on end and none in the foreseeable future, but also zero mobile data. Interestingly enough, your text message tells me if there IS an issue to go to a website. Which I can't. Because there's no data.

    Just talked to the most unprofessional and uninformed customer service rep from @Optus. The most horrible and pathetic service I’ve had the misfortune of encountering. I hope someone audits my chat immediately. As a new customer, this is extremely disappointing @Optus
