    @Optus @annamgirardi What a cop out. Considering you’ve finally woken up to the fact that Optus has an outage, why does she need to DM you her account details? Do all affected customers need to DM you in order for you to fix a fault at your end? No wonder it takes so long with this kinda rubbish

    @Optus Can you maybe i dont know, post about the email outage somewhere? You're wasting many peoples times troubleshooting something that is entirely an issue on your side, and the only mention there is an issue is in replies to people tweeting at you.

    @bobolatiCS @Optus Aussie broadband has issues with internet as well, internet disconnect every 5 minutes and takes 5 mins to reconnect and continuously happening all day for the past 8 days now, nbn tech coming tomorrow to have a look

    @82Ames @Optus Play games? I can't get any internet. I'm spending every day trying to get connected. All I get is switch everything off, reset everything, not our problem. Been goi ng on for 6 months plus. No help. Even have to cancel subscriptions because you have me running at 11mbps.
