@devalara44 @JodiMcKayMP @ServiceNSW They certainly didn't think that through. As an OPTUS customer there have been a number of places I visited in remote western NSW where I had no coverage to log into the QR sites. No wifi either. Very short sighted on behalf of the government.

Anyone ever had to cope with @Optus ******* up their phone plan? I called them 3 separate times today to have people tell me they’d resolved the issue only to find they had NOT resolved the issue.

The ******* nerve of @Optus sending me an offer for unlimited data on 5G knowing full well neither that service or the ******* NBN are available in my area, this after they sent me a bill for wifi totalling $921.34 for one ****** up month. Don’t make out now ya rip off *****.
