    Props to @optus, had a chat with them online yesterday about a cheaper 4G Home Broadband deal, new modem and SIM got delivered this morning before 9am. That's some quality service. Now, about that 5G coverage in Kensington...

    @trevorlong @Optus Telcos always blame the customer, oh it is your equipment, are you sure you are pressing the right button. They supply the technology for us to use, most of us are competent enough to use it, just need respect for the call Centre and action in them fixing the problem

    @trevorlong @Optus Another way would be to sign up to all of them (and cancel before cooking off) just to see who was best. That’s what I would have done but you’re the professional. It’s too easy to get the shits and whinge about things and the audiences these days are all willing to hear it.

    @Optus - three weeks of complaints, 1-2 hours daily of talking to customer care and replacing the modem, still pathetic 5g broadband internet. 50mbps promise and you hardly get 1mbps #Optus #optus5g (1/2)

    @Optus Thanks. It is a vital service as mobile phones are used when as often happens our 2 way system does not transmit and receive.

    In the Melbourne bayside area where I live there are a number of Optus advertising signs highlighting its 'fastest' #5G service. The problem is there are no Optus 5G cells in the area. Telstra seems to have the area well covered for #5G.
