    @patrickkeneally I am amazed that optus tells me I am going out of prepaid credit after they bounce my last email. Optus how about giving one free last text as good customer service.

    @jacob_633 @artfulbunny @Optus They've been trying to make me do direct debit but they ****** some **** up when they switched me to the new accounts so my direct debit got cleared and I've refused to set it back up, I pay before it's due anyway.

    @patrickkeneally My thoughts exactly. I agreed to set up monthly direct debit when I signed up to my @optus plan yet I still receive an annoying email AND text every month to make sure I pay. But they lose my private details and its radio silence. Crap. @kbrspace

    @davidwitteveen @cameronwilson The regulator can penalise Optus. But you can't personally do anything about it if they fail to act or you're unhappy with the result.
