@Optus Your online change of ownership webpage has been down for 3 days - useless.

@Optus tried the old off/on trick, was good for about 3 minutes and now it’s broken, please send help #SOS #brokeninternet

@Optus Your offshore service is shocking! I called weeks in advance before I moved to make sure I have internet. Your service staff told me didn’t need any connection, just plug in the modem. Here I am Friday night. Just moved. No internet!! Now I gotta wait for weeks to have internet!

Where is private infrastructure on valuation? AustralianSuper paid 38x EBITDA for a 70% stake in Optus’ tower network, although I have a sneaking suspicion the real multiple is +40x. Noting revenue structure is different from typical towerco, big price. $DBRG $AMT $CCI $SBAC

@Optus No I’m done messaging and wasting my time from your incompetent team. You can get someone to call me and help me fix the problem because I’m more than happy to change providers seeing your service is lagging in customer service

  • garethw51 Gareth Williams (@garethw51) reported

@Optus honestly the worst customer experience of any major service provider! Seriously, sort it out!

  • pilchard Pilchard (@pilchard) reported

Thanks @Telstra for changing me to this “upfront” mobile plan. You’re now taking the money from me prior to delivering the service, instead of afterwards. Now I have no recourse if your service provides me with problems. Time to take my business to @Optus

  • atakngor Atak (@atakngor) reported

@Optus Why didn't you answer the 5 questions I asked? I don't need you help, just answer the questions. Or would it expose the fact that Optus gives customers' numbers to "trusted partners" and I think, correct me if I'm wrong, and these partners pay Optus money in exchange for numbers.

@meatmatoy Telstra is one of the two major ISPs we have here in Australia (the other being optus). Both of them are pretty ****. I'm with a smaller ISP and things seem to be fine now though.
