    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @Optus Despite what the app says and being reassured on a call with support that we didn't get charged for excess use, the bill charged an extra $10. I'm already frustrated that you can't provide us with NBN, even though all my neighbours are serviced. Data caps and 4G suck.

    @Optus get your **** together , my 5G home drops out every 20 mins at the moment and has been a constant problem for a month.

    @Optus Still not working here… Germany England is a slideshow even on medium quality. You keep telling you will fix it bit nothing improves… it was the same last world up. Really cant recommend your service…
