    @patrickkeneally What angers me is that I haven't been an Optus customer for 11 years, but apparently they still have my personal info. I already lost faith in them when they stuffed up world cup coverage, but at least it was nothing personal back then.

    @StarofS @Optus I assume it’s only to customers who they have identified as being compromised. My wife is also an #Optus customer & she’s received no email, as yet.

    I suggest to anyone who uses #Optus to vote with your wallet. Port your #Optus service away to a company that truly values security and doesn't just blame it on the IT guys.
