    @peters_malcolm Learning the hard way. I've been a member since 1990. Good they're doing this & hope they fix the weaknesses. They make enough money to pay for world class cyber security. Like Optus.

    You know, I feel like if people lose your data they should really pay compensation. First Apple (which REALLY ****** me over), then Optus, and now Medibank. I'M PAYING you all to do a service, and part of that service is keeping my data safe.

    @imo___gen My mum got all her **** stolen when optus was hacked. Are the passwords for the company like “password123456”

    @iiNet Funny story time! It just took less than 15 mins to swap back to Optus yet it took @iinet nearly 12 days to swap me over to their system about 4 months back. It's almost false advertising to say you provide a phone service. It's definitely not worth the $15 or so a month.

    .@Optus what ******** is wrong with your customer service hotlines; fourth day in a row I've been put on hold for forty minutes only to be hung up on with no explanation. Only reinforcing why I want to cancel my existing plans. Utterly unacceptable.

    @DTsirekas @Optus Unfortunately no. Would like to try others but it will take hours to compare, decide, change (the horrors of audio authorisation etc) so for the $50/$100 per year saving is just too much stress. Then do it all again if reception etc is crap. Still on HFC so prob no diff anyway

    I got a call from @Optus resolution team, who asked for my full name and DOB to confirm my id,and to access my acct. They can’t view my acct or resolve issue without me telling them. My personal info was affected by their data breach, and we’ve all been told to guard our info….
