    @9NewsAUS This is getting out of hand, OPTUS TELSTRA WOOLWORTHS etc. we spend a lot of money in those establishments and we do expect our privacy. I think they should lower their prices until they've pulled their finger out and manage to resolve this major problem.

    @Anthony_Klan @smh I doubt anyone can leave because of rhe penalties for breaking a contract. There should be a law in Australia if a company has a data breach customers can immediately cancel their contract without a penalty. Still no fine for Optus.

    @Optus Why haven’t you replied? You seem to have finally sent me a follow up message saying what data of mine was exposed, BUT the email says ‘Dear Customer’ so it seems like a phishing scam? If my passport details have been released by you, how could you not know my name?

    By by @Optus Been a customer for 20 years. Just signed with @Telstra. @kbrspace response to one of the biggest hacks Aus has seen is the reason. Unacceptable. Ta-ta! #OptusHack

    @Anthony_Klan and the little communication this optus customer has had has been woefully inadequate and wrong! Today I rec'd a txt saying my driver's licenses from multiple states have been exposed... what multiple licenses?!?!

    @david_r_morgan I think it’s going full steam ahead. People laugh at covid now saying “can’t believe I was fooled,” but they’re going back into fear with these data breaches (Optus, Woolworths) what a great time to bring in Digital ID.. - most people are stupid and the awake have a fight ahead.

    Got an email from @Optus - my passport details are compromised. Their ‘solution’? To suspend the online identification function. My reaction? Leave @optus and join class action with @MauriceBLawyers . Cause and effect

    Hi @Optus res#1001469787. Complaint filed 28.09. If the billing issue is not fixed in the next 48 hours, I will be filing a official complaint with consumer ombudsman.
