@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@Optus , what is happening over there? My partner's number (which has been ported to a new provider last year) was activated on Optus' network by someone who got a brand new SIM from a store. This person temporarily received my partner's texts (including OTPs).

@GladysB I’m considering changing from Optus due to ongoing service issues for months in metropolitan Sydney areas. Sick of being told tower maintenance, especially when it’s only 1 tower?? Sorry if it’s not resolved I’ll move to a new provider after decades.
