    telstra make it very hard to order a thing that you want on their website. seems like the worst time for this to happen with millions of prospective new clients jumping ship from optus

    @brucearnoldlaw … this is an inside job. All account info is managed in Phillipines, Pakistan and elsewhere. SingTel do it to save costs, and they were so cheap they only introduced 2FA last month after directed to by ACCC. Allowing SingTel to buy Optus in the 00s was a bad move. 2/2

    @Optus the last thing you should be doing is sending out texts to cuctomers informing them their payments are late! Why on earth would any customer want to give their financial details to you especially after such abuse of customers personal information!

    @ZhaoWuMing14 @Optus Yep. VicRoads don’t give a crap. Say on their website not to call and have a link that basically tells you they won’t change your number. I’m going to my local branch and cancelling my license. I’ll drive without one, rather get caught driving unlicensed than have identity stolen

    @Narty007 Particularly when Optus submitted to government that increased security requirements on customer security should not be implemented.
