    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @prairiegirl0028 Look at all the Freo nuffs having fun for a few days. Watch them actually fill more than 50%.of Optus on Thursday and let everyone down again.

    Why does Optus have a live chat when you can't even get problems sorted over it? Just spent 45 minutes being bounced around on live chat and then told they'd get the 'pre activation team' to call me. If I wanted to call you, I would have fkn called you in the first place.

    Hey @Optus since the complete blackout last week, the internet has been awful in Casula. We haven't had a stable connection since. Yes, I've done usual troubleshooting. Site says scheduled maintenance until July 22. My bill will be adjusted accordingly right?
