    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Optus It’s been reported twice already and no action. I understand things have been busy but this is a systemic issue.

    I transferred away from Optus because they overcharged me $15 a month for 6 months. I warned them if they did it one more time I would leave, they did, so I did. They just sent me a bill saying I owe them $15. I'm not even a customer of there's anymore. Get ****** Optus. lol

    @Optus my phone is being invaded every 10 minutes or so and I have engaged the protections under iOS 15 as well as open VPN. I ask that you intervene on my line at my request and see who is breaking into my service as I think it is the Australian government

    7 DAYS WITH @Optus NBN!! Second technician scheduled for today is "on hold" because of some imaginary outage.

    @jh_70 @DeanRosario Foxtel got completely overwhelmed from Optus' offer I believe. Paramount getting EPL would help A-League big time IMO.

    How is it in 2021 in a Western Sydney shopping centre/mall that I lose all service from both the major 2 telcos? (Telstra & Optus) Also how & why does the centre not have free wi-fi without a Facebook login? 🤬 Never again! Only there so Mr 12 (yesterday) can get his vaccine.

    I really don't think I should have to give all my details, including debit card and CVC number to a company just to pay less than (I hope) $20 in tolls... especially 'cause EVERY time I have contact of any kind with optus I am swamped by dodgy messages/emails, all kind of crap

    @ZedAyySeeKay FWIW I run a uniquiti edgerouter lite with 3 NANO HD access points and a cisco SPA112 ATA for my landline with my Optus SIP details. Optus told me repeatedly it couldn’t be done that they had encryption and their servers regularly check what’s on you connection. 12 month no issue
