@ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

@Optus @NBN_Australia another day another saga. Internet down again. It’s such a pathetic service that it has to go down every three days. Tired of putting complaints. I seriously have to go to 5G wireless Telstra as nbn is pathetic. Truly shocking now

@Optus why are you blocking people who are tweeting about the problems you create for them? My friends has been filling up the online account information form since 10pm AU time, yet she hasn’t got any experts to talk with. She has been trying since July 14.

@Optus @roblox why is the ping so bad for Australian players who use optus isp!?!?!?!?! this has gone on for so damn long, you guys have not even cared.. 1000ms ping DAILY what the hell! you have no idea how big of a playerbase this is affecting.... you only care about USA server

@Optus it's not just today, it's been like this for a while now, I have complained about it numerous times and all I got offered was to cancel my plan by support, send technical support to do a test and soon they will see what we are going through
