    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    Just got off phone to #optus. Been having internet issues for months in Camperdown apparently a tower issue. Didn’t receive any prior notification on this and no reduction or refund offered for the disruption in services. Guessing they’re hoping their customers won’t notice…

    @Optus someone ordered an nbn internet plan using my optus account and it's being sent to some random address i have never heard of. support has told me i am unable to cancel it for another 24 hours because the modem is being shipped. is there anything that can be done right now?

    OMG, changing phones is hard cause the scammers in Oz never say die. Been trying to install Viber, WhatApp and banking apps and you have to do it via SMS txt verification I think Optus has blocked all numbers #MerryChristmas2021

    @Optus After my last interaction with a sales hungry “support staff” member I would rather use 2 cans and a piece of string for a communication device than touch Optus again. Won’t give you guys another cent ever again.

    Had an interesting experience with @Optus yesterday. All I wanted to do was cancel a service I no longer required and all the guy wanted to do was up sell. And when I mentioned I’d wait to go into a store for a new phone because I have physical limitations and required setup help
