Neither Telstra nor Optus work efficiently in my area, yet I’m paying a pretty penny for their ‘service’. And I’m locked in to a contract so am unable to go to a provider who actually COULD provide a better service 🙄 I’ve had about a gut full.

@optus Can someone in business support please DM me about ongoing problems with my accounts. Your call centres are pleasant enough. They just don't seem able to fix anything and if I charged for the time I wait at the rate I charge my clients I could retire on it.

On shop phone in @Optus dealing w’ new billing system dept who r trying to put me thru 2the old billing system dept, I kid you not. Girl in shop just said let me know if they hang up on you, they sometimes do that for no reason. Reason is love, they’re faceless & couldn’t give a
@Optus Have had #nbn hooked up for a couple of months now, without checking actual speeds anecdotally things appear to be taking twice as long to download compared to ADSL2. Plus, I have to reboot the modem 2-3 times daily, and I currently have no internet at all. Help!
Hey @Optus you might want to check your service at flinders street station Melbourne. There hardly any data connection.
@Optus So I spent three hours last night on phone and chat trying to get a relocation issue solved. You've shut down the email address I've had for 15+ years and you still can't explain to me how I can keep it when I intend to stay with Optus after I move. Questioning my loyalty.
Been 5 days already and @Optus still haven’t activated my NBN service yet. Absolutely poor customer service..... don’t be too excited for NBN if you’re with @Optus 🙄
