    @ReganAM2210 @Optus @Telstra If you don’t have much luck get in contact with Aussie Broadband and connect with them. They don’t **** around like the big guys do and they’re direct and up front.

    @Denisey_pooh @ServiceNSW @Optus emailed and said both licence & card numbers were exposed and recommends applying for a replacement licence. The issue is that only changes the card number. We are not getting a replacement licence with a new licence number. Is this good enough is it? 🙄

    @TheProselytiser @Optus I called them and they said they didn't know anything about it. It was then I realised they were going to be of little help. I am still looking for the released list online, but all the links have been removed thus far.

    @Optus wow your customer service has gone down since the hack even more… no one will tell me when my order is coming… I was even told tonight at 11:30pm it will arrive. No tracking & 6 hour live chat queues.

    @Optus Thank you for your reply Meg, I don’t see why having been an Optus customer for a long time I would have had to confirm my identity. I found it so frustrating that I decided to become a Telstra customer.
