    @Optus get your act together and please fix your internet outage! I can’t keep having not service for period of time!!! It has been weeks since internet keep cutting out daily and constantly within 10 minutes! People cannot work or study like this!! Maybe time to look at @Telstra

    Have to go in store to fix bank details they entered wrongly. Store can't fix as no ability to unblock acc. I give up. Time to start again with Optus and lodge a complaint. How do they get away with this constantly

    @Optus Hi Aman, I've gone in circles negotiating with Optus on social media, PM, E-Mail, Phone Calls, Store Visits. I've had dozens of CRT tickets raised. @Optus refuses to help me, nor respond to the TIO in a timely fashion... Please ask Ms. Kahla Bowdidge (?) about this matter...?

    So it’s now 3 months since I started my ‘relocation’ with @Optus who keep pointing to @NBN_Australia and vice-versa. We are broadband ready but not recognised. Surely @kbrspace we can do better to help a loyal customer move to a new home. Asking for help and assistance #Moving

    Hello @Optus I'd like a few answers. I understand the best way to alert everyone as to how you screwed up, why did it take you over 24 hours to inform me that my info was at risk, but emailed me at my Optus acct and referred to me as a former customer when I'm very much current?
