    @_kimannexo @Optus We tried Optus 5G home broadband, it stopped working and stayed that way for more than two weeks. Poor communication, response and service. We cancelled and moved to an alternative.

    @sandylanceley @CouchNish @MelbPTUser @melissakp @australian @Singtel They can not run a 3/4G network to save themselves and I cannot see why anyone still pays them / or why they’re in business. But I guess change is tricky for most. Getting off Optus was the best battery and speed boost I’ve had—like a new phone! 🤣 they’re shocking

    @ipinky77 @Optus Customer delight is not that hard @optus - give frontline staff some leeway to make decisions but also enough tech training to solve beyond their structured piece of the puzzle. I could have been up in 24 hours rather than 216.

    @ThatSkiMaskGuy Watched Rakuten a couple of times. Pretty poor quality. Final match when Ange won the title the server was overloaded so I couldn't get connection. Optus will also promote it with additional shows, interviews, etc. Optus have exceeded my expectations with EPL, UCL.

    @chatshy Went to Optus today to get a replacement sim and ended up getting AirPods pro on installment 😓 I didn’t even think of buying Cz too broke atm until the customer care person put it into my head and now I’m blaming myself lol

    Oh dear @FOXTEL_Help, You keep telling me my new apartment in the same building can’t be serviced. All I need is an engineer to connect a wire but forced to follow your internal email process. I mean it’s 2020. No issues with @Optus switch today. Worst customer service ever!

    @Optus Miscommunication, take the sim to be replaced, no don’t, we still need 3-5 working days to get reports. I asked “Is it acceptable for a customer to be without any Internet for up the 6 days” After a positive start, I’m wondering whether the @Optus wireless 5G was a error. /2

    @7NewsAustralia @Optus I would like to see Optus reimburse all the states who are providing “free” replacements. They should also have the courtesy to email each customer with an individual list of exactly what was lost. Optus profits will have to pay for that

HM more days before they provide the info requested for compromised customer identity docs eg passports, Medicare etc? Delays add to the risk, the angst and ability for the Govt to set up urgent action to protect these folk.

    @egirrrlie @slsandpet I had an optus mobile phone account until I cancelled it when I went overseas in 2011. I returned in 2013 and got a telstra mobile phone. In Feb 2021 I found out I had a bad credit report from Optus. Someone had gotten a mobile phone in my name, using my ID … 1

    @jaimyn_m Totally not ok. Plus it appears that the Optus customer app is now broken. It's asking for password and PIN for accounts not yet created and you need an open account to access helpdesk. How convenient.

    @nightwatchman What if you are an optus customer who doesn't read the paper. Only had one email, no follow up. It sucks. Do they not understand that they will be setting up new email addresses not trying to hack current one as they didn't get passwords... so no point looking for suspicious
