@Optus yesterday while at work at the Dandenong south site, I and half the factory had very poor service. Turns out you are working on a tower near us. Til December. Do we have to deal with this til then cos it’s really affecting my job!

Really @optus .. again!! 😩 on live chat trying to sort out whether I can upgrade or get some sort of incentive to stay with you due to lack of service & was told I’m being transferred to someone who can help .. that was 15 min ago and no one has replied to messages sent since!

Just signed a 24 month contract. My @Optus coverage has been down for most of the day. Awesome $70 spent on service being down and false promises of data usage.

@Optus my iPhone XR is repeatedly dropping out and telling me there is no SIM installed. This is happening all over Melbourne. I was on a call with a recruiter on Monday and it cut out 6 times in 10mins. Others can’t get through at all - tells them I’m not available. Help!

4 drop outs in service with @Optus NBN in the space of an hour. Even with a new modem installed last night. If this continues throughout today, I’ll be disconnecting my service, without penalties and moving to another provider.

Nice work @optus. Tried your call back service which disconnected me both times.the second one was after being put on hold for 3 minutes. I stayed on hold and got connected on my 3rd attempt. Quality service!

@Telstra Hi Evie the issue went on for 4weeks and finally I left Telstra and to optus. They were happy to take my business and I will transfer my family across when their contracts expire. Telstra will continue to loose customers if treated like I have been.

@Optus Why is it that only a new customer can get your special offer SIM plan $65/month for 500gb? I am a loyal customer and can only get that plan if I pay out my phone rather than couple it with the deal. You want your loyal customers to go to @VodafoneAU ?

@AveryHowardAU If you have a handset outright I highly recommend amaysim. Prices have hardly risen in the 5+ years I’ve been with them, good coverage (Optus network), all prepaid, and all have unlimited talk+text the price only depends on data. I’m paying $30 for 55gb plus you can bank data😌💖
