    @OptusSport This was the sole reason I joined optus as a customer. Iโ€™ll be leaving if you charge me and go to Vodafone.

    Hey @optus why do i have to go outside to have a decent call with my customers? Seems to be a capacity issue, rather than a coverage issue. Its worse at night when people are home or when everyone works from home due to covid?

    @sueytweets @lainie_york I might pop in to Optus to get a new one but itโ€™s not on the top of my to do list. Apple purposely do this when a contract is finished slow the phone down and battery too.

    @levied @Optus @Starlink I had the same issue several years ago now, if they're still doing this ****** tactic it might be worth lodging a complaint with the ombudsman.

    Hutchy reckons Freo is a bigger club than C'wood at the moment. Freo are playing great footy & deserve to be flag favourites. However, even if Optus Stadium had a similar capacity to the MCG, I doubt they would be attracting crowds of 80,000 plus on a regular basis. Financially, the pies are all over them. I would also argue that WCE are the No.1 WA team by a stretch (4 flags, tainted or otherwise) despite 4-5 poor years.

    AI helped me save $270 a year tonight. Not by doing anything fancy. It just helped me survive the telco maze. The Optus bill started at $251.30/month. After a long support chat, it dropped to $228.80/month. That is $22.50/month saved. $270/year. The real win was not the discount. The real win was AI helping me: - Ask better questions - Check the maths - Avoid payout traps - Push past the first โ€œbest offerโ€ - Get the final number confirmed in writing They first offered a small plan downgrade. Then we asked about loyalty. Then retention. Then the numbers did not add up. AI spotted the issue. One plan change had not actually been processed. So, we pushed again. Final result: Old bill: $251.30/month New bill: $228.80/month Yearly saving: $270 AI did not magically save me money. It just stopped me from giving up while the telco maze tried to win. Next target: Telstra internet.

    @optus_help Pointless. I've gone over this many times. It's been like this for a while now. It's leaving Me no choice but to have to move to another carrier. I've shown this to staff at the Bendigo Optus store. "That's pretty ****" were His exact words but NOTHING He could do.

    @eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.
