  @Telstra @Optus A lot of homes on Macleay Island, Qld still have little to no mobile signal at all inside their homes or even their yards from either company. Can you please advise why and when it will be rectified. Been happening since approx February. Thanks.

  @Optus Hi Sarah, Are you telling me to wait until Dec 2021 and beyond? My money does not break when it reaches @Optus account. Why would I pay for a 5G signal that is broken before reaching my iPhone 12 Pro Max?

  Does the government & the AFL realise that there is a whole bunch of us that don't give a **** about the footy. I get it's popular. I get it makes money, but allowing 45,000 people at Optus and only allowing 1 person in when a new life comes into this world is complete bullshit.

  Can't believe the @Optus cell signal on the busiest non-metropolitan passenger rail corridor in the country - from Sydney to Newcastle - is still so woeful in 2021. Probably 1/4 of the travel time spent with no service and another 1/4 with patchy at best.

  @Optus Hi I’ve just switched from the NBN plan to the 4G but I’m having a couple of problems: 1. I want to cancel my NBN plan as soon as possible but the customer service is closed 2. My home phone isn’t connecting to the Modem
