@indica2007 @Pullenvalebirds Any wifi in the district. I sacked the same thing you had because it was 110 for TV. New phone with 80g plan. Then I got 5G unlimited. I got data to give away w Optus. I donate most to charity. U want ph data? 10g help? PM

@Victor_Li94 @Optus I’ve experienced an intermittent Optus internet outage all weekend. I’m in 3040. After troubleshooting everything yesterday I was advised this morning it’s an outage in my area. I’d really like to know if it will be fixed today. Distance learning and work needs to go on tomorrow.

I pay an extra $5 for unlimited streaming certain apps, but of them only stream ABC iView. I otherwise only stream from free to air apps, mostly SBS on demand within my 30GB per month data limit. Optus never clarified what the charges were for, and still expecting me to pay it.

Urgh ever since my phone switched from the #Virginmobile Australia network to the @Optus network it has had dreadful connection problems. Is it just me or anyone else having issues? Making me rethink staying with #Optus.

@Optus What a terrible 3 day encounter with Optus support. I am in Singapore and although I've paid for roaming data in my contract, I have not been able to get any. The customer/ tech service from Optus has been absolutely frustrating to say the least.

@fictillius Also HFC is a complete ******* disaster and isn't going to be replaced any time soon. FTTC and FTTN to FTTP isn't too hard. HFC is a different story, it's a completely different tech. Optus's HFC infrastructure was so bad they abandoned it.

Today, it’s been 7 months and 6 different people since I asked @optus to resolve 4 issues with my account. 2 of those were resolved. 2 remain. The 6th person disappeared 3 weeks ago. Would tag the TIO as they’ve also disappeared, but they’ve not discovered Twitter yet.

@Optus your support team is useless, I have transferred 4 times in same chat, all of them have asked same question name, contact number, account information. If your support team working from home, they are sleeping look like. And in the end this is not concerned department....

@Optus for the past few weeks we have experienced terrible internet connection and even worse customer service! I understand we are all busy and lacking staff, however by now internet should be better!
