When Optus was hacked, state governments were quick to offer support for victims with new ID, nothing for Medicare customers, why the difference in response? The support from Medicare at this point has been pathetic. #thedrum

Hey @optus you’ve just advised of your 6th upgrade for our area in the past 2 months. To increase the speed of the network. No speed increase so far, just a lot of interruption. Please do better.

@BenSmee @Optus I was in this boat a few months back. After rebooting my router numerous times, they booked a NBN technician to come and have a look. And then I found reset button on my NBN box and it fixed the problem. I’ve since added Optus Technician to my resume.

Hey @Optus can you lot sort out your reception issues? Apparently you’ve been working on towers in my area since Dec 16, and I can’t make a bloody call. They can’t hear me, or I sound like a robot, or calls fail. I’ve restarted my phone, reset network settings and nada. One bar.

So one thing that seems worth following up is - Nadine Flood is an executive at Telstra Super, ED is Telstra alumni, Chalmers spruiking super despite industry terrible performance, Optus hack uncannily poorly handled by Dreyfus and being monetized as class action fodder my MB. :3
