I reduce the amount of cigarettes I smoke, she doesn’t. I tell her I’m behind in paying our Optus bills, one them being for the internet service she loves but she does not care, she wants her cigs that she won’t give up, she will care about the Optus bills when she can’t ring me

@Optus get your act together and please fix your internet outage! I can’t keep having not service for period of time!!! It has been weeks since internet keep cutting out daily and constantly within 10 minutes! People cannot work or study like this!! Maybe time to look at @Telstra

@ImOneWithTheKop I am not that big a soccer fan so just have Optus, Kayo covers AFL, NRL, Cricket, F1, NFL which are the sports I mostly watch. The constant stream of those things out of Fox/Kayo sucks

@natmedhurst @Optus It could be a breach of contract by @Optus so I’d give them a call and ask the question. Given the bad press, they’d likely let you terminate without penalty, but they’ll also try talk you into staying lol Otherwise a call to your local consumer affairs for advice.

@McShayne2011 @StuddertNatalie Optus won’t allow any changes to sim/phone numbers unless folk bring ID docs to be verified/sighted in store. This is what they told me yesterday but yes in theory this could happen once all the publicity dies down and business continues as usual
