    It's taken 2 weeks for #Optus to inform me that my driver's licence data has been compromised. 2 weeks 🤬 Ridiculous that it should take so long & that I'm the one going to the hassle of addressing the issue. Of course they'll have no delay in sending out my bill 😒

    What crap mobile service from @Telstra 55km from Australia’s second largest city. Too many drop outs for what is suppose to be a premium service. Id call is a sub standard service. Maybe a time to change to @Optus

    @Optus v poor customer experience.. Have a 100gb plan but in the middle of Melbourne (Burwood) couldn't get coverage for quite some time. Messaging team was a waste of 30 mins and can't get through the voice team. Could some please DM me?

    Hi @Optus can you provide an update on the outages in Moorabbin, Vic, 3189? Its been about 2 weeks and today we bearly have any internet at all. We are on a 4g Mobile Home Router. Please help.
