  Hey @optus why do i have to go outside to have a decent call with my customers? Seems to be a capacity issue, rather than a coverage issue. Its worse at night when people are home or when everyone works from home due to covid?

  @Zaica71 Hi there, as mentioned by my colleague, this is a built-in safety feature within the phone. Based on the notification, it seems that the change is not permanent and will unblock all numbers for a 2-hour period to ensure that you are reachable by emergency services.   @ImissFrosty Two Vic sides- right? And took a pandemic for said finals to even be at Optus- right? If you just wanna talk ****, have at it. But my point is telling us to learn how to handle hostile crowds at the G is tricky when we get fk all opportunities to do so.

  @Optus Cut off from 3 customer service reps after ID forms DONT load and never do on multiple browsers even after clearing cache and deleting cookies. Your system sucks for online users and needs a severe overhaul. Previously able to receive a text to verify ID no longer existent
