    @onlytruewill Optus!! In Australia there are only two providers that manage their own towers, Optus and Telstra, Telstra is more expensive but better coverage in rural areas but Optus support and pricing is so much better and the app is amazing dm for aus related questions if any

    Urgh ever since my phone switched from the #Virginmobile Australia network to the @Optus network it has had dreadful connection problems. Is it just me or anyone else having issues? Making me rethink staying with #Optus.

After troubleshooting everything yesterday I was advised this morning it’s an outage in my area. I’d really like to know if it will be fixed today. Distance learning and work needs to go on tomorrow.

    @maxii30 It sucks, what I hate is that they don't let us know in advance, the guy I spoke to told me to go to the optus store and buy an internet dongle until it's fixed!! I said no way!

    @loaferbread_ absolutely but also the problem that Optus is highlighting is the CVC bandwidth model and we’d have this same issue with exorbitant wholesale costs

    @fwmelb @JB_AU Only one of the three household members got a cryptic SMS that we eventually worked out was about the Preston cluster (bc apparently Optus/Voda can't get **** together).. but the link in the text had no detail about the cluster at the time the SMS went out so we were all confused

    @Telstra I need to cancel my service as you can’t give me any customer service. Call the number and you refer to text messages. This is what its come to. I’ll be moving to Optus now.
