  Hey @optus why do i have to go outside to have a decent call with my customers? Seems to be a capacity issue, rather than a coverage issue. Its worse at night when people are home or when everyone works from home due to covid?

  @JoGu1802 It was because Optus no longer supported the iPhone 5 on its app that I upgraded. Because it’s DAMN hard to use the app to prepay for your phone when the app doesn’t… support your phone…

  @enngees Hi there, customers can recharge their service or purchase add-ons online using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or JCB) and PayPal. An Optus service needs to connect to the Optus network for activation, so we generally recommend setting up and activating the SIM once they've arrived in Australia.   @KateBartlett34 @freopics_ @freodockers I think it will be more about the ladder for them especially with Tex playing away from home but either way I never think any game is a given. We do not have to win it but I hope we keep our Optus record alive for sure.

While Amaysim does operate on the Optus network, they are a separate provider to us.
