Anybody experiencing issues with @optus network? Signal interruptions are regular and ongoing. I often get dropped out of important meetings and seminars because of network issues. This is beyond annoyance #Optus

When Optus was hacked, state governments were quick to offer support for victims with new ID, nothing for Medicare customers, why the difference in response? The support from Medicare at this point has been pathetic. #thedrum

The absolute arrogance from @Optus, being told in store that to renew a contract the new policy is that I must sign up for direct debit, 4 mobile accounts plus extras for years, never missed a payment. **** you optus, there are other telcos that didn't lose my data.

@simplyenergy & @optus are two of the worst companies to deal with over the phone. Phillipines & India. They have absolutely NFI what they are doing. You go around in circles after massive wait times…AVOID like the plague they are

Your customer service problems are massive @Optus I have spoken 6-7 times to call centres, and once today face to face at North Sydney. I have been hung up on 4 times. Apparently no 4G network, and accounts have been created for us without our knowledge! Makes it hard to talk to

@johnsy123aus After decades of being with telstra had similar experience while back. Walked straight into Optus got brilliant service, they even suggested I could by the same phone outright/ cheaper at Big W. Outcome I paying 36mth, unlimited phone, 3times more internet instead of 70 a month.

The level of anger I have right now. Going home to sleep now, only to wake up later and be angry at Optus again. Everyone in store is able to buy **** except me for some reason, so close to just changing networks, wasted a total of 5hours just waiting in stores to be turned away.

@Optus What is with the non existent coverage in Langwarrin? I work in the hospital there and have no coverage at all and can't even make a phone call. I would hate to have an emergency there and need to contact loved ones because under you I would not be able to call anyone.

Optus won’t let me cancel my mother’s landline. The bank can’t access its own systems to cancel a credit card she doesn’t need. Waiting for locksmith to open my front door. Not a very fun or productive day so far!
