  Hey @optus why do i have to go outside to have a decent call with my customers? Seems to be a capacity issue, rather than a coverage issue. Its worse at night when people are home or when everyone works from home due to covid?

  @Kate3015 Remember 18 Sept 2025 when Optus had a 000 outage because no one though to make some test calls to ensure the service was working after an upgrade? Doing a test is basic common sense.

  @clarkes I don't think it's 4G specifically that causes the issue, it's that we have one major mobile network operator, and two others. Between them they don't provide comprehensive coverage across the country because of our sheer size. And they don't play together. Except Optus & TPG
