When Optus was hacked, state governments were quick to offer support for victims with new ID, nothing for Medibank customers. Why the difference in response? The support from Medibank at this point has been pathetic. #thedrum

@Aussie_BB @Optus Yep, I did. But I get the worst "must be your network/WiFi" responses every time for problems that then mysteriously go away after I've spent ages troubleshooting. I think the comms between yourselves and NBN are perhaps the issue.

When I (and others) needed to speak to my husband I (we) couldn’t. 3 weeks of him going to and from stores and calling on another phone to get this fixed. They cut off his number due to a “technical error.” Still causing problems. New number.

@Optus I asked for portability twice and optus did not proceed further, neither solving the problem. Two weeks without my network, neither can do my business, work or my documentation for visa. I had seen worst carrier but nothing compared to this.
