    @Optus Hi, our optus modem router has stopped sending wifi. I have a cable connection from computer that works but there is no wifi signal available for laptops and phones. Please help.

    @carolduncan @Optus ...send in the submarines! (well ok, we don't actually have any new ones yet, but we're paying a fortune for them, so I'm assuming when we do get them they will totally protect us against ransomware, and offer full tech support...)

    @joshgnosis well i'm a Optus custoner and yes i've had problems and yes i got the txt saying my ID info was Hacked . Yes they stuffed up but i'm not gona change ISP's they will fix it like all the oher problems i've had . That's the nature of I.T . They wont let this happen again
