@Telstra rang 18 times to cancel my foxtel and keep hanging up on me your a fking joke @ScottMorrisonMP I know your busy but Telstra need a kick up the arse will go to @Optus now maybe more help

@Optus Hi Jim @Optus . This is exactly the same method as your call centre - just hand balling the problem. The article states that I can either go to a store or call - I think you know that I can't go to a store and my tweet explains your call centre can't do anything.

My mobile phone internet service has also been suspended because of the Optus debt that I have but I have my landline phone/internet service running and I can use the wifi internet function of my iPhone for now.

@Optus the customer service from you guys is so bad. I get told my nbn service is being cancelled imminently because of an internal system error and im an 1hr into a call on a Saturday morning to trying to fix it. Thanks for messing up my plans

My Mother’s 📱 service has been suspended because of a $235.75c Optus debt that I have. Home phone & 2nd 📱 service is still running so my mother can call me when I’m away from home. People ask me why I have 2 mobile phones, I lose one mobile phone service, I have a 2nd one
