@DanSuan2 I would maybe just presume you’ve had info stolen. I experienced ID theft in March (I’m an Optus customer), it was monstrous and it’s ongoing

  • AJSPRADBROW Hamly Hambo. (@AJSPRADBROW) reported

@Optus Price match guarantee huh? I hit you up a week back about being a long serving customer (since 2008) and you still wouldn’t offer a discount. Here we are today and you’ve lost all my personal data and offering this ****. Good bye Optus.

  • BoganWazza Wazza Bogan (@BoganWazza) reported

@9NewsAUS I wish to terminate my 2 yr mobile contract with Optus due to their negligence with my personal info . Am I within my rights to change to Telstra ?

  • wordsfromrobin Clare Kearney (@wordsfromrobin) reported

@Jeremy_Kirk Fck. This was my partner’s first thought, that he most likely used his licence and Medicare as 100 points. Greeeeeat. Is the resolution from Optus still “wait and see, soz!” ?

  • MBan33 MilBan33 (@MBan33) reported

@Optus @RunnerSA18 So an @Optus API was left open for the world wide web to treat themselves to my details incl drivers licence and Medicare card. Quit the "sophisticated attack" line being spun in the media. Please confirm if my details are amongst the 10k released this morning for everyone tosee?

@deancourt @Optus Problem is the plaintiffs end up getting like 85c after all of the lawyer fees. But I did see one of the firms asking ppl to register for a class action.

  • AlanJohnCorry Alan 'I write Horror because I can' Corry (@AlanJohnCorry) reported

@Jeremy_Kirk I love that everyone is angry at Optus for being hacked, but not at the complete ******* who stole our information and is extorting a company with it. I hope they find this person, they're exposed and their life is ruined.
