@ktdenise @Optus Nope, we just got it installed and it was done instantly, my mate moved house with Optus, had same problem as you, changed supplier to Aussie and got it connected the next day.

@jewitt12 @pieman_78 Agree, is worth any slight drop in coverage. Online chat has always sorted any issues reasonably quickly as well. Recommend the Fetch box to get Optus Sport on to your box at home, is like $10 extra a month.

@Optus Run a business that has online booking and can't see Jack shit. Security camera can't view on mobile app due to shit internet connection in Reservoir Melbourne. OPTUS has cost me hundreds of dollars today. They will still bill me end of month. I will b taking this further.

@Optus Your customers service is ridiculous!! I spoken with your staff on phone to book in NBN services on 16 April 2019. End up with no show, I called to find out I been told my appointment not been finalised!! They rescheduled me on 29 May 2019.!!

I'd love for ISPs like #Optus to be more proactive around notifying customers. Monitor your network for issues, tell me if you find one. I'm much happier if you tell me about an issue than if I have to convince 1st level support that there is an outage in your network.

@Optus Your technician said I wasn’t home. I was home all morning. I did not hear any knock on my door. Not even a call or message to me. And again they rescheduled on 6 May 2019. What a customer service

*******!!! @Optus you should learn something from @ThreeUK when it comes to customer service. Had problems adding credit to my UK phone before a trip. I hardly use my phone but Three whacked on 5gb for free so I wouldn’t be stressed on arrival. Legends.

@FPKanto @Optus I’ve enquired with Telstra and they want direct debit too, I said no way. So just ordered prepaid with a new number. Will keep this number for a few weeks then will cancel it with Optus. Will be glad to see the back of them.

@GossiTheDog People making a lot of the Optus leak, breach is inaccurate imo. Most the data was pii but kinda stale. No hashes, cc and they fixing the fraud risk stuff whereas T-Mobile did **** all. Le big meh for me.
