    Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff “Frankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).

    @optus_help against my better judgement got an optus sim pribs should of saved my money and went elsewhere as the website has been down for hours and wont let me activate it guess i will go buy a vodaphone one in money so i can use my phone.

    @TVTV494601 @OliverTrenchard Things can be free and still be awful. Back when Optus sport had the rights their app was great. You’d happily pay the $15 because it was a good service.

    @Ishaan071007 @1no_aalsi_ Aesthetics ke liye paisa nahi lagta. Sense lagta hai. BCCI is richest board in the world. May be the Vranasi Shiva inspired stadium will be good. But most stadiyms made by Indians look bad. Austrakias latest stadium in Perth. Optus, just see it.
