Was overdue by 44c (reversed the cents figure and paid 17c instead of 71c on my bill). They cut off my OS access on 24th Dec and despite payment I couldn't get it restored till 28th, so I couldn't call OS fam and friends at Xmas.

On a positive note - there was an @Optus store in Westfield Hornsby 4 doors down! Another phone changed.
