It's taken 2 weeks for #Optus to inform me that my driver's licence data has been compromised. 2 weeks 🤬 Ridiculous that it should take so long & that I'm the one going to the hassle of addressing the issue. Of course they'll have no delay in sending out my bill 😒

I just I had a phone call from an (02) number. The caller claimed to be from @NBN_Australia & stated that my ADSL service was going to be disconnected and I needed to apply for an #NBN service. The reality is that I've had an #NBN service for some years & @Optus Internet account

@Optus An organisation actively limit options for customers and create financial stress when previously offering something that gave options and opportunity. I'm not gonna be all 'you've lost a customer's but it's certainly souring at the very least.
