    @joshgnosis @telstra and @optus would know which sms gateway service it’s coming from, they should be able to refuse wholesale to whichever company it is until that wholesale customer drops them

    Seriously @Optus your service is ridiculous. Can't call, waiting 30mins for your message response on the app. Every month we have some issue with @Optus NBN a phone. You need to sort this out...#optus #crap

    @Optus Well it would be nice if Optus could advise its customers of such outages when they become aware of them so we don't go crazy trying to troubleshoot why our internet is not working.
