+ Hello @Optus, I’ve now returned to Oz and the iPhone still hasn’t arrived. Additionally I was promised that within 5 days someone would contact me regarding my complaint. This hasn’t happened either. Clearly the incompetence previously stated just continues. #OptOUT

Very bad signal on train track from Southland Station towards City direction, my girlfriend can’t make WeChat Call and I can’t play PokémonGo. It never happened before to us. @Optus

@Optus + 2/3 @optus just chose to send the “stock” to another customer and make me wait longer after the rekeying of the order. Basically they cancelled the original order and simply re-issued a new order with a new delivery address. #OptOUT

@SydneySwitch I can't change that, Optus are in charge of their infrastructure arrangements, not me! The test just tells me Optus are using a Telstra server in the provision of their service to me.

@Optus Hi Nard, thanks for the reply. Funny you advise no outages but I was engaging with someone on message/chat who advised there are in fact drop outs in my area. Issue still occurring and will call this morning. Thanks for your help

What a country. 3 straight days of no internet or at best internet dropping in and out. We are in 2019 and this is as good as it gets. @Optus still don’t have a solution!

@Red_and_Blue26 You might live to rue going to Optus. They have not purchased adequate broadband & the NBN highlights that. 10 weeks with no solution - hello Telstra, bye bye Optus. Not one second of regret, we have not dropped out once in over 3 months with T.

still no internet - how long do I have to wait for @Optus to sort it’s operation out. After feeling pushed to switch to nbn within a few months rather than the allowed 18 months, a stuff up with connection dates and now no internet. Rubbish effort Optus. Truly awful

@Optus not only were by personal details hacked and it took a gov dept to notify me, I now can’t get into my account w/o driving to an Optus store. I am told by your so called customer service that I need an email address sent by letter 4-5 years ago to access my account.

4. Other than some fee raise restraint (on the back of endless CPI x 2 increases), really no effort on customer retention. Surprising. At least Optus did this - not well, but at least they did it.

Hey @Optus - you've taken an extra $720 from my credit card since April. Phone support say they cant help and to use the message support in the app. Message support in the app say to call phone support! Neither will escalate it... What's the best way to sort this out?!

@Optus you have been sending me those texts abt “improving speeds” for over 6 mos but my net is dropping out multiple times a day for weeks now. If you’re not capable of providing the service I pay for then you need to let me terminate the contract

@ProfRayWills @iiNet We were with iiNet for 22 years Prof.Ray, but problems after Michael sold out, only got worse. NBN out by lightning, 2 years running, with month long repairs. Ret village of copper. Optus 5G Home in Wanneroo, for 2.5 years now. No complaints. Feel safer with cell towers.
