    Has anyone here in Sydney and is with Optus having these dropout issues. I swear my internet been having dropouts since Wednesday and it’s been annoying. Not only that just now I just had a dropout on my 5g basically having from no reception to 5g again. Ugh annoying

    @Optus Mate it ain't a issue with my account, the new 4G frequency is just starved of bandwidth and it is basically useless.. it is a engineering issue not a account issue

    @Optus Tried to get this deal applied retrospectively as a front line worker because I was busy at work until the 15th of July… Optus workers spent hours only to tell me nothing can be done. Surely this is not how you say thank you to someone that’s been an Optus customer for over 8yrs

    Hey Optus, a collective 3 hours on your instant messaging customer platform to order a new remote and having to re enter a new pin code 50 times through the conversation isn’t great customer service Remember when we could just talk to someone?

    So @Optus wants to charge me more per month due to rising costs (maybe don't make jobs up for dodgy ex NSW Premiers & keep costs down) and then next week text me to say crap service for the next month while they do work Time to say No #TimeToSayNo #NoOptus
