@LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

Anybody in town with @Optus has no reception, so now Coles has sold out of @Telstra SIM cards, because their reception is fine. The difference in customer service levels is staggering.

The power company guys are at least door knocking telling us where they’re at with it. @Optus has given NO updates, and when I called them and asked they said there’s no estimated time for the reception to come back. Poor, poor, poor.

@EmmaH1123 At the end of the day telstra owns all the towers so doesn't matter. I have all my stuff through optus because I can afford it. But if cost an issue Aldi the best I hear

@Optus You cannot help me. I'm aware of this. You are refusing - still - to address the fact that your site has not updated to show a fault in the area despite acknowledging to me, in writing, that you have one. That is laziness at best and misinformation at worst.

@Optus Hi Meg I do have access to Back up but that’s besides the point how is it that it’s happening so often and nothing gets reflected on our monthly charges ! Very disappointed and your apology doesn’t help as I have to reset the modem every 2 hours
