    @HolyFukcmedead Call me cynical, but Optus and Telstra get hacked within days of each other🤔 now this? Never trust the Government, never.

  • Raynsundar Ray N Sundar (@Raynsundar) reported

    @optus. My account was closed months ago. But Optus still keeps on sending monthly bills. What a stupid and careless organisation? Optus get your act together!!

  • Isabella_G26 Red Spot Special #NoStage3TaxCuts (@Isabella_G26) reported

    @cheryl_kernot I had a mobile broadband SIM that I used for about six months in 2020. I have an email from Optus confirming cancellation of the service. WTF are they still doing with my data? This needs reform.

  • Urchin_LMS citizen xx (au) (@Urchin_LMS) reported

    @janr572 @Optus Never use it

  • InCythera Barry (@InCythera) reported

    'Optus chief executive Kelly Bayer Rosmarin argued calls for higher fines would not help because everyone at the company was already sorry and working to regain customers’ trust' WE SAID SORRY ALREADY A THOUSAND ******* TIMES !!!

  • janr572 Jan - not Janice (@janr572) reported

    @ninjabeebear I’m getting emails again. Another tweep responded saying they called @Optus and there was an issue but getting sorted. Hopefully Optus will respond to my DM soon to confirm. Still going to change all of the passwords though

  • SKYview_Aerial SKYview_Aerial_Photo (@SKYview_Aerial) reported from Kinka Beach, State of Queensland

    @trevorlong @ServiceNSW And to think Optus has STILL not implemented 2FA on Optus email login. If I stand to be corrected? Only available on account login.

  • CytokineSignal Andrew Brooks (@CytokineSignal) reported

    @SamStehbens @Optus I haven't been a customer with them for almost 2 years, but still some of my info was stolen. Apparently no drivers license info of mine though.

  • teemz_k Tima (@teemz_k) reported

    @abbs_man Way to treat your customers. Response has been appalling by @Optus, just made my decision to leave easier

  • shirazshaz13 Shiraz Shaz 🌶 (@shirazshaz13) reported

    @2xvax @Optus I can't even go on the ap or call them up though as not a current customer right, no valid current customer number.... so frustrating. Clearly I do in fact need to change my licence and maybe all my ID given that's one of my forms, what else do they have to replicate my identity
