    Hey @Optus your messages via the app aren’t working and is telling me to call, then you phone tells me to use the app and hangs up on me. Any chance you could actually try and help?

    @SumipupVT Holy crap. Who are you with? Optus? Cause it might be smarter to like, try getting your Data cap increased if this is gonna continue. Or a mobile wifi modem or somthin. That bills is insane

    @Dutchy6i0 @Optus Happening in Brisbane too eh? Up here in T’ville about 30mins my home wifi just lost internet connection and my mobile data dropped from 4G to 3G and only just now got back 4G still no luck on the home wifi connection. Check their outages page “no reported issues” apparently

    Thanks @Optus for offering me 25gb of extra data as compensation for a service that's should've taken 15 minutes to activate but your saying will take 4 days to activate. Because I'll totally use that extra 25gb on an 80gb plan when I only use 30gb a month now. So helpful

    @Optus am in Redbank plains QLD n I have no NBN. Mobile network is fine but no internet at home
