    @Optus It occurs to the whole suburb. All our neighbors have similar issues. Not dealing with tech support. Sick of doing it. Just gonna make the switch to people who don't take the piss and are upfront and honest

    @epistemophagy The Optus app used to let my pay for my service directly from there. Now it seems that I don't have that option, and I have been "overdue" because I didn't have the fund in my account when they chose to direct debit. (I usually transfer money over)

    @TammyWolffs @AstonhamJack @Optus If you’re happy with the service there is no need to change. Nowadays all customer service calls everywhere go through the automated screening first, which is very annoying.

    Kingston in Australias Capital City must have the worst cellphone reception. Unable to make or receive calls. That’s not something one can expect or tolerate in a nations capital! @Optus @VodafoneAU @Telstra Do better!

    @rgpask @Optus Thanks Robert. I'll see how I go. I'm actually more annoyed at all the time wasted than I am in the actual response. I kinda wish that instead of spending hours not resolving my concerns, they just told me straight up that they can't/won't help. Might be better to cut my losses.
