    @Optus @networkoutage Extremely slow 4G on my mobile in Morphett Vale area both last night and now. Speed test 1.2Mbps D/L and 51kbps U/L with 116% middle variance.

    @lavosaurus Don’t even get service half the time on the Gold Coast with Optus but go off and charge me 4$ extra I guess.

    @lavosaurus @Optus They sneakily changed their contracts to a month-by-month thing a few years back, so we are locked in for the phone repayments but could cancel the service contract any month. All to give us "greater flexibility" 🙄

    Hi @Optus is there a known issue with the website currently? Trying to log into check my mobile service and just kicks me back to login screen every time. Using Chrome on Windows 11.

    @Optus You guys really need to lift your game with Myapp. I don’t think you have any idea how slow it is and this policy of forcing the consultants to have 10 customers at a time makes even a simple enquiry take an hour minimum.

    @vicrollison @_annamurdoch good on you! I get it and wow, if they are following Telstra, thats an issue. but we Should try and call them out, even when Optus had an award winning profit 2021 - 2022 financial year. **** optus. and **** telstra if they do the same!

    @_annamurdoch @jessica_wilson Technically the plans are two parts - people agree to pay off a phone interest free over 12/24/36 months - which is separate to the phone plan part, that you can change up/down as you like, and Optus can also change with 30 days notice. Repayments don't change, just plan
