@jess_ross_news IM a 66 yo computa dinosaw here on murray new nbnn doesnt work when its busy or out of power ( often!? So optus gave ME appleX now gotnewapple11promax so MY 0409210200 is on that for 2yrs MY 0499210200 on the V8 X and got a new no for MY apple50401564421 it goes ta big scool this

After about 13 years as a @Foxtel customer, last few with @Telstra, I cancelled my service today as I don’t think it’s worth what you pay. Interesting though they wouldn’t even offer me same deal offered to new customers. Oh well, more time to watch my Fetch TV by @optus. Bye

@Optus I’m currently experiencing an outage on my Optus NBN connection, since as early as 6am this morning. As such, I do not have either internet or home phone services at the moment. I’m in the Inner West Sydney area. Please let me know when the connection will come back up

@Optus Yes. Tried that. Even changed my iPhone and upgraded as thought that was the problem. I can literally be sitting in my home office and have no service. Happy for a technician to visit.

Hey @Optus, you can't be serious. You're updating the network so for 3 days we loose phone service? And no notice that this was going to happen? Surely there's a better way.

@Optus Recent work on mobile network in St Ives (2075) has resulted in drastic reduction of 4G coverage. The coverage map on Optus website now massively overestimates quality of coverage (states great but in reality poor). Multiple handsets, iPhone, Pixel, OnePlus ... :(
