    @NBN_Australia @Optus 28 days to get nbn changed from 1 address to another what a load of crap surely in this day and age a click of a mouse should be able to make this happen very pissed of customer

    @Firedingo @Muted79 It's not a contract though; you signed up for a month to month plan so you could move plans up and down as you wanted, you can also leave at any time without penalty - but flip side is Optus can also change the plan (change $$, inclusions etc) as long as you get 30 days notice

    @arfman @metrotrains @melbcentral Been awhile since been to Melbourne central but I think it is near Optus shop. I've worked it out to be near the clock. I'll find out when go Thursday night. Usually I can use escalators but not this trip due to my back & large suitcase. Home I'll have my husband to help.

    @Optus Hi guys - 6.5 hours on the phone, 132 support messages, 4 weeks for NBN relocation. Misbooked appointments, staff on your messaging app that say 'I can't help'. How do I get actual customer service?

    @Karina_Melbs Hopefully Optus can sort something out to get you by - it sucks as I assume you're already on the 'cheapest' plan you can pay off a phone with, unless there's some other "under the counter" offer that'll be enough. Good luck.

    @vicrollison @_annamurdoch good on you! I get it and wow, if they are following Telstra, thats an issue. but we Should try and call them out, even when Optus had an award winning profit 2021 - 2022 financial year. **** optus. and **** telstra if they do the same!

    @ShababHossain13 Not happy with Optus. I do@not want an answer crease in data or a new plan. I never use that much data . My complaint is they have not made it easy to reduce or change existing plan. Impossible hold for hours #communication_ombudsman

    Just to add more stress to my life, Optus are increasing the cost of my mobile service per mth from Aug 8th & there's nothing I can do about it. I'm off contract & to recontract would cost more than the $4 increase & result in a worse service unless I paid more 😡😑😥 #poverty
