    @NBN_Australia @Optus 28 days to get nbn changed from 1 address to another what a load of crap surely in this day and age a click of a mouse should be able to make this happen very pissed of customer

    @deniseshrivell LNP Government legislation in 2018 part of the police state they they were creating. Although it says they have to keep it for 2 years, Optus seems to never delete the details!

    @clothedvillainy @GordyPls @dawnstarau I've done it countless times. If medicare, license, passport are collected, Optus must feel the subscriber can't be identified without them. E.g. how are you going to do a credit check, or chase down a bill payment for "John Smith" if a name is all you know about them.

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 You're not available 24/7. stop lying. We can't even cancel our services because you don't pick up the phone and the store won't cancel for us and tell us to call. Better go and set up my camping spot at the optus store again if you don't pick up

    Just had a scam call on my mobile. So many things told me it was a scam ... 1 - Was from "NBN Cyber Security Department". 2 - was a listed mobile number. 3 - Indian guy said my Optus account was compromised. 1 - NBN never call customers direct. 2 - They wouldn't call from a ..
