    @Matt_Tulk @Optus I have Superloop as well, no issues yet. If I can get out of this contract I’ll check boots out, but I am morally opposed to Telstra for pretty obvious reasons lol

    @rob0Z1 Yes thanks - apart from battling Optus because I changed carriers & they won't give me an unlock code to open my phone from their network. It's been since 23rd December....going to just buy a new one...so much stress battling them. How are you?

    He left and I heard nothing more from ISP or Telstra. Eventually got onto Telstra. Their notes said the homeowner (me) did not want Telstra to do the job so the order was cancelled! How bizarre and absurd. 5 years later, I still have no NBN, but an Optus wireless service.

    Was dropped, never by me. She acknowledged that I've been upfront with my needs & what I expected from @Optus at every point in this conversation, and that all I want is a properly set up phone that meets my needs & works reliably, which I paid for & did not get at any point.

    @LusciousLani @Optus so for mobile I used Boost now (excellent part of Telstra network retail not whole sale) Internet superloop excellent no no drop outs - Got rid of Aussie Broadband after they blamed my drops outs on there network issues. I have had hassle free services now.

    Dear @Optus do we have an update on customer information security since the recent data hack? Yesterday I had a scam caller purporting to be from my bank with details that could only be gained from data from #Optus

    @markhumphries @james007_300 The words “connection charges”by NBN is at best an alternate truth.Their cable is inside all the dwellings so that they can sell internet access.They then need to flick the switch in their NOC or “provision” so that service provider like Optus can retail the services.
