    @Urchin_LMS @ian_ianm8349 @PeterTOWNSV1LLE You probably won’t know for a while. Maybe not even this year. Which means you’ll end having to pay for a service that monitors your credit rating & applications. This is something Optus should now offer free to all those affected. It’s not cheap.

    @patrickkeneally @BigVapingNunga I've been with Optus for 20years....the exponentially worsening of the service they provide and the deplorable state of their customer service means I'm not at all surprised at the hack....Optus actively sets out to piss off their customers IMO

    Optus got hacked, which means all my info can be bought by whoever ******** and the only way I knew about it was from other sources No e-mail, not text, no letter, nothing Good ****, superb customer support 11 outta 10 #OptusHack
