    @Optus Thank you but we already spoke to someone and did all the resets. Unfortunately didnt work. So we asked for new modem. If it still doesnt work, we'll return the modem and dont know what to do next 😌

    Well ****. I just learnt that @StanSportAU has the rights to champions league now. This means you now would need subscriptions Paramount+ and Stan Sport on top of Foxtel or Kayo and Optus to get the full selection of football in Australia. Long term this is terrible for the sport

    Up to almost 48hrs now with no internet. @NBN_Australia seem in no urgency to restore the service and my telco @optus as well as others seem to not feel the need to follow them up and hold them accountable. Worse than a third world country

    Does anyone know if @Optus is having major problems with emails? I've been hacked and my passwords have been changed - and Optus is not responding

    @Elfvandel20 @Will_Caldwell10 A lot of sports people are ditching fox due to the expense. Other not talked about Optus had many legacy pay tv customers from their cable internet days. Once NBN says cable/adsl is switched off, they also switch off the pay tv service 1/x

    @AFF_Ultras Fair call, its interesting to see where it all goes. With all the signs being that fox want out of A-League surely it ends up with optus or these guys, in which case we're back down to 2 services. And it can only be a step up from fox coverage at the moment too

    @Optus i have been without mobile service, on and off for over a month in 3885. I have made numerous complaints but now all is well. I changed to Telstra

    @Optus I don't want you to respond publicly, you have already confirmed that you cannot help via DM. I want the CM to call me back and fix the issue. The purpose of the tweet was to highlight how poor Optus customer service has been, and how long this issue has been dragging on for.
