    Well ****. I just learnt that @StanSportAU has the rights to champions league now. This means you now would need subscriptions Paramount+ and Stan Sport on top of Foxtel or Kayo and Optus to get the full selection of football in Australia. Long term this is terrible for the sport

    @Optus Thank you but we already spoke to someone and did all the resets. Unfortunately didnt work. So we asked for new modem. If it still doesnt work, we'll return the modem and dont know what to do next 😌

    @VinceRugari @timburrowes So far decent. I hope they watch epl on Optus and see the quality of the service offering that they should aspire to. Things like being able to log on an hour after kickoff and watch from start, 3m, 9m and20m highlights of each match

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus Over many many years experience, beggars belief how they are still in business. Some of THE worst customer service fails I've experienced. Suffice to say I'm an EX Optus customer.👎

    30mins on hold to @Optus for tech support... call drops out < 1 minute after being answered. Another 30mins on hold & finally... still on hold. Have cooked & eaten dinner, cleaned kitchen, made & drank after dinner coffee while on hold. Guessing I can't stream OR work tonight...

    Honestly reaching the end of my rope with @Optus. Won't send me a replacement modem/router damaged during the storm cause I'm out of contract. Even though I never got a new one when I signed up to nbn. Their solution is for me to sign up for the new optus nbn plan... (1/3)

    @deeplongstop @Telstra Hahaha I’m glad that Telstra are just as rubbish as some of the Optus support staff. Having said that, Optus has some really good ones which is the only reason I haven’t gone full nuclear at them lol

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus Had the same issue when I transferred from optus to telstra ... ended up going back to optus and reconnecting then got Telstra to transfer number over - a week without my phone 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Hey @RituSinha2012 thought you would like to know that after four days my Optus service still not working. Multiple phone calls, live chats and a visit to a store to be told a technical glitch and wait another yet 24-48 hours. Worst experience ever
