    Nope. Call dropped out at Eveleigh. One of them is trying again. I hope this one is with Optus bc their service is crap beteeen here and Homebush.

    @cenaniangzebi @Optus @Mondyboy The full signal but no connectivity is an iOS 13 bug. The only fix I’ve found is to reboot the phone.

    Using Aussie Broadband now but it is #NBN that is the problem. Never had any dramas with Optus HFC cable

    @AttilaBalassa It's quite a responsibility to get it right. Optus has the EPL over here but they do a pretty decent job. Still sucks when you're paying for Foxtel though and can't get some of the best sport.

    Honestly @Optus we have had the worst customer experience @TwoTalesCafe with you the last few weeks + particularly the last few days - your failure to take responsibility + resolve this has been shocking to experience. It’s always been someone else’s fault within the organisation

    Terrible mistake from @Optus - they made us @TwoTalesCafe switch to NBN last week and changed our number without telling us and we’ve only just found out - really crappy stuff for a long weekend when people will call us to find out if we’re open!!!! Sort it out @Optus

    @cenaniangzebi @Optus @Mondyboy This happened to me on Vodafone during beta testing. On iOS 12 I had so much trouble with Telstra’s network going deaf I moved to Vodafone and it has been fine apart from some beta issues.

    @Telstra I’ve already moved on. I left because you wouldn’t let me upgrade my phone a month early (I was a Telstra customer since I had my “hiptop” maybe 10yrs). So I saw out my contract and moved to Optus. They were just as good and cheaper. Im now on prepaid and it’s even cheaper again.

    So how's this for next level bad customer service. @Optus sends a warning notice that services will be restricted of we don't pay $270. Never seen the account number. Wife was on phone every day last week. They couldn't say what it related to. Couldnt provide copy of a bill.

    They even said that they had the wrong birth date on the system for that account. Now today internet slows down to Alphalink level dial up speed. 👋👋👋 Well done @Optus on making 20 yr long customers feel special.

    @NBN_Australia I have an NBN connection through Optus , my connection speed is below 2MBPS , optus told me that a NBN technician would be here between 8 am and 12 pm , so far no show , WTF!! I worked all night then had to waiting around to no avail , I need to sleep 😴

    @level5apartment @mal2153 @MikeCarlton01 So what? Why is foreign ownersip a problem? The question was whether privatisation had ever worked. It clearly did in the case of telephony. Foreign participation in the Australian market is normal. No one makes you use Optus. You are welcome to use Australian privatised Telstra.
