    @Optus heard worst customer service story today. Colleague received a birthday gift of an Apple Watch but received the large face instead of smaller face and cannot exchange even when unopened and in the plastic @Apple cannot help but were equally shocked at how crap this is

    @AndrewFaulkner9 That's a proven thing at the Adelaide Oval. Optus hasn't covered itself with glory during this D/N Test. On the other hand, even during the WACA days, Perth was never a Test-crowd city. Adelaide, on the other hand, has a good tradition of Test match crowds, for a long time.

    @SaveOurForests_ That Victorian brown coal power station was owned by carpetbagging French. Should NEVER have been built and none of those Elect suppliers say where they're based. Optus is Singapore. Telstra did no one any favours.
