NBN stopped caring once they realised the POS the Optus network that they'd bought was. The surprise when they "found out" about the state of the Optus network was laughable.

    @adambspencer See, when I was with optus it’d be a few times every hour. Now, I understand, the system is under duress; even in our house, there’s six people viewing, streaming listening. But it’s not as bad now as it used to be. (With Aussie Broadband now.)

    Soo my @Optus NBN is still not fixed. Everytime I call the help line they tell me the same things over and over. I’ve had to cancel appointments to wait for the technicians they supposedly booked. But none show. I’m so over this bullshit. It shouldn’t take a week to fix!!

    Just signed up to #Optus. Receive product, need help installing/starting up said product. On phone placed on hold for an HOUR and a HALF only to be told there's no one who can help me and to hang up. App doesn't open up past pending screen. Not a good first impression here.

    @Optus in Australia has had a massive data breach, with 2.8 million having their data exposed. Always best to stay safe and cancel your cards just incase! And please don’t call the Optus contact centre and abuse or complain, they’re probably exhausted from it all already. #optus
