@David_M_Green Optus sent tech to address I’ve not lived at for 4 years & where my cable service had been with another company. & billed my credit card without authorisation. & failed to pay agreed compo. They store customer details without permission. At least you got an apology! #optusguy

@optus my service tech who was supposed to arrive between 1-5pm today has not turned up. I took the afternoon off work to wait for them, but they haven’t arrived. This is the 3rd time they have failed to arrive.

@simone_au @Optus Telco customer services are joke here. Once I reported the similar issue to @VictorDominello's team about this and they straight away transferred my query to the Minister of Comm, Cyber Safety and Arts and I never heard back. 👏

@Optus home Internet knocked out by storm. Customer service recommended I call into an Optus store & get a dongle. Great solution, I thought. Charging me $99 to get a service I'm already paying for is not. #RipOff

Optus Sport now getting the J-League rights. Must say I hated Optus Sports when it began as it was issue after issue but now they are fantastic and just keep improving year on year.

@Optus Thanks for the message Jono. But I find it quite strange that a company whose net worth in 2019 rose 13 per cent to $S3.9 billion can’t or won’t tell me when a $1500ish phone is arriving and takes over 14 days to “understand” an incident.

So @Optus are *************** now. I’ve had minimal internet over the last 72 hours, tech call today who replaced a modem. He said “it usually only takes 10 minutes to activate”. Now almost 12 hours later still no internet with tech support saying it can take 24. I’m so done.

So @Optus are trying to charge me $50 for calling Air NZ after my flight got cancelled and I had no other option. When I call to enquire and complain they hang up on me. Happy Tuesday.

Our best players thus go overseas, money pours back down into club rugby to the point best remaining players earn a living wage.

Continued network issues with #optus around the #westoncreek area. If you are experiencing issues call them up, complain and ask for a refund on your service fee. Terrible that they can't fix these problems in a timely manner.

@SquiggleAFL @MatterOfStats There’s no way West Coast v Port only draws 49K under normal circumstances. Lowest crowd at Optus pre-Covid was against a terrible suns team in 2019 and I think that got 48K.

@J_Walter23 @Optus Don’t worry mate, I cancelled my service with them in August 2020 and they still send bills each month. When you ring up they confirm it’s cancelled and nothing to pay but just haven’t got around to processing the request yet...legless!
