Update @Optus customer service said to wait until tomorrow when they’ll get back to us. Ref: 24369613. They’ve now cancelled the service and connecting a new service and this may take ‘some time’. No specific timeframe.

@Optus You sent me an invoice with $0.00 and you blocked my internet. Because I owe $0.00 balance. So I paid $1, but now my internet is still not working for 7 days in a row. It's been 7 days since I contacted the staff every day, but I still can't use the internet.

@hganjoo153 2018-19 in Australia was on flat wickets, except a bit of life at Optus. Adelaide Oval was a day Test. MCG was very flat and slow. How was it challenging?

@Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

@sativa_bell If you are with Optus, Amaysim uses that network and much cheaper. At present 5g still rolling out so unless you need super fast, would not worry about it.

@SteveMolk Casting devices struggle and apps for TV’s have been difficult. But my user experience has been okay. Fans seem to forget the issues that plagued Optus sport during the World Cup. Now THAT was disastrous. But now winning awards for streaming app and retaining the EPL rights

As much as people love to bag Foxtel etc, how do you all feel now that you have to pay for Kayo, Stan, Pararmount+, Optus etc etc etc just for sports? Fragmentation of content sucks and it's going to get worse.

Telstra CEO on #ABCcapitalhill responding to @D_LittleproudMP . I’ve done 2 massive road trips around & through Australia & Telstra and Optus are guilty of collusion. Travellers require both services through a series of towns. It’s clearly planned by the telcos. Big safety issue

@JustinWinsmore @ALeague Maybe so, but if you want to watch Serie A, La Liga, the Bundesliga etc, you’ll still fork out $25 for Kayo. $15 for Optus to watch the EPL and Champions League. They expect you to pay more money for another streaming service? Please!!!!

@Optus there is consistent poor connectivity in Rouse Hill area. There was a "planned maintenance" from 11th May to 23rd. Now again extended till 7th June. As they are I day time how am I suppose to connect to internet and work??? Would I be billed for this month too???

@vesh88 I think this was always the problem, many people wanted Optus or Stan cause it was already convenient. Altho it’s a cheaper deal than getting Foxtel and personally I never used anything for Foxtel but the A-League so I’m glad to finally get rid of it.

Thank god i still have my awesome Optus mobile plan that still doing an awesome job. Not like yours poor service and customer support. I never use @Telstra before and i think it supposed to stay that way. What a disgrace!
