    @annie_parker @slace @Telstra It’s so bullshit. Optus just as bad and it takes up to 48 hrs for it to let you know you’ve hit your limits. In this real time world that is criminal I reckon.

    Wow I really love saying “I used to be an Apple technician” and then having the job of an Apple technician explained to me in a conversation with Optus support, who are trying to make me pay $229 for what is very clearly normal wear & tear.

    @SaveOurForests_ That Victorian brown coal power station was owned by carpetbagging French. Should NEVER have been built and none of those Elect suppliers say where they're based. Optus is Singapore. Telstra did no one any favours.

    @Optus heard worst customer service story today. Colleague received a birthday gift of an Apple Watch but received the large face instead of smaller face and cannot exchange even when unopened and in the plastic @Apple cannot help but were equally shocked at how crap this is

    @AttilaBalassa It's quite a responsibility to get it right. Optus has the EPL over here but they do a pretty decent job. Still sucks when you're paying for Foxtel though and can't get some of the best sport.

    So how's this for next level bad customer service. @Optus sends a warning notice that services will be restricted of we don't pay $270. Never seen the account number. Wife was on phone every day last week. They couldn't say what it related to. Couldnt provide copy of a bill.

    @Burgo0806 @me_dc @HullKiwi Yes you can apply to have your licence number changed. You have to fill out a form and go to a service NSW centre. Also take the email from Optus with you.

    @Jeremy_Kirk @betheworrall If this is true, hopefully a criminal consequence for the service provider. That is too easy a mistake. I get how it might have happened in a big IT project, but with the level of resources Optus has at its security disposal it’s inexcusable. Looking forward to the post mortem.
