    Turns out the new case that I had been waiting them to contact me about was closed as a duplicate of the original case. So they were never going to contact me. Now more waiting for the original Optus expert to contact me. Because I have nothing but time.

    Cheers @Optus, it’s bad enough paying way over the odds for your crap service, but the line going down every day for a week is a bit much. If I can ever get through to your customer “service” people I will be binning you forever.

    SO HAPPY @Optus realised creating seperate phone accounts for EACH FRIGGIN SERVICE was a GIANT ******* FAIL. Thanks Optus for going back to a single account making sure thousands of people don’t default on bills because they couldn’t find the other account :)
