@craigthomler @vince05656201 I doubt she was ever an Optus customer though, she probably could afford Telstra

I am furious there is not a dedicated contact method, support & more info for people affected. Fully supportive of Government pressure on optus (thank you @ClareONeilMP) - they're behaving like a corner store business right now, not one of Australias biggest telcos. #OptusHack

I wish companies like #optus would focus on their core business instead of virtue signalling and pushing woke nonsense. The Optus CEO must resign over the dismal manner in which they've handled customer data and the fallout. Let this be a wake up call for all Australian companies

The Optus data leak is bad, but @Telstra has linked several accounts to mine in my Telstra app and after several calls still haven't removed them. I've got control over other people's accounts in my app. I can see their bills and their details. I've asked Telstra to remove them

@slsandpet @Optus - make that two of us. Six years since I was a customer. WTAF are you doing with my information after all those years?

Optus: never click links from us in text messages or emails. Also Optus: your bill dated 28/9/22 is here, please click these two links. Maybe work on that, @Optus

So, who else is struggling to get through the process of finding out what to do about the Optus hack? I finally got my "so sorry, too bad" email today and have NOT been able to get in touch with Optus in any way shape or form.. 1/3 #OptusHack
