@P_T_Ager @joeywhykes11 @Adrian_Poly Yeah really keen to get to Optus. Absolutely loved Adelaide Oval with a full crowd as well. I used to go to the Gabba and the SCG both very regularly when I was posted in each city in the RAAF. Can comfortably say old Carrara was the worst ground I’ve been to.

@Optus did a service update to my area for 3 WEEKS which meant no service on my phone for that duration and no automatic compensation?? Customer service confirmed I have to contact them every time to get credit applied manually 🤬🤬🤬 why did I ever switch to optus 🙄

@CaseyBriggs Have complained multiple times to Optus and Telstra about this. Hard to think at this point it’s not a deliberate decision not to prioritise a fix to advertise the feature. They will Reimburse the excess data if you send them the screenshot.

@bassamhallak4 Just wait until the optus staff sell you details to hackers. Happened to me yesterday. They use Philippines call centers. These ppl are offloading customer details to Indian NBN rackets that want to use screen controlling software to ‘fix the internet’ very sophisticated #optus
