@P_T_Ager @joeywhykes11 @Adrian_Poly Yeah really keen to get to Optus. Absolutely loved Adelaide Oval with a full crowd as well. I used to go to the Gabba and the SCG both very regularly when I was posted in each city in the RAAF. Can comfortably say old Carrara was the worst ground I’ve been to.

@Telstra my internet is terrible right now, follow me right now or I’m switching to Optus, I’m not trolling

  • BeaQualm Bea Lucy Faye (@BeaQualm) reported

Optus told me my issue would be fixed on the 5th of Oct. So I got happy that I'd have normal internet on the 6th. Well as per usual Optus has just told me it won't be fixed for another month or 2. 1/2

  • slashin_jimmer jimmy (@slashin_jimmer) reported

@Optus fix the bloody nbn. 3 times a week. It’s out. FIX IT

  • dominicstellino Dominic Stellino (@dominicstellino) reported

@Optus why is my NBN suddenly not working? Website says no service issues, I’ve restarted all modems, yet still nothing is working.

  • JoeGale18 Joe Gale (@JoeGale18) reported

@Optus your Service SUX I'm spending hours online chatting with your Staff trying to resolve last months problem that you assured Me was resolved & in between time your Billing dept is constantly texting Me?

  • AMarksMan81 Adrian Marks (@AMarksMan81) reported

@DkRanay Depends on where you are. iiNet are pretty decent, but almost every provider is on the NBN network now. Dodo, Optus, Vodafone. They should all give about the same speed and at similar costs.

  • MauriceWerder Maurice Werder (@MauriceWerder) reported

Phone companies such as Telstra, Optus etc. provide a service to people and entities that allow them to contact and steal from other people. Should Telstra be held accountable like other social media companies and platforms?

  • Browny_10_ Matt Brown (@Browny_10_) reported

Hi @Optus, now the 4th day in a row without internet at home off the back of on/off internet for the week prior to that. Your website says no problems/outages near my address. Not good enough I’m afraid

  • AuPazile PazileAU (@AuPazile) reported

@Telstra Hey Sophie, just follow me and the problem will be fixed or yes I’m going to Optus and you will lose a customer, now that wouldn’t look good for you

  • AMarksMan81 Adrian Marks (@AMarksMan81) reported

@DkRanay Ok. I was looking at Optus as an option, but it also depends on how you connect your computer to your home network (dual band wi-fi) or directly to the modem (ethernet). I had similar last year on iiNet, but it was because the wifi connection was slow.
