    @P_T_Ager @joeywhykes11 @Adrian_Poly Yeah really keen to get to Optus. Absolutely loved Adelaide Oval with a full crowd as well. I used to go to the Gabba and the SCG both very regularly when I was posted in each city in the RAAF. Can comfortably say old Carrara was the worst ground I’ve been to.

    @Optus Why do telecommunications companies make it so hard to report issues? I was with @VodafoneAU for over 15 years when I moved to a location they couldn’t cover, they gave me the run around for months. Making me stand in the store on the phone for 2 hours at one point.

    To anyone having troubles with online viewing, yeah it sucks. But Optus had major issues when it first launched, now it’s fantastic. Just gotta be patient I suppose. And having Simon Hill back is a hell of a win #MCYvBRI

    @Optus really does have the best customer service of the three telcos I have been with. Unfortunately my recent exchange has been fraught with customer service people who care more about their rating than fixing issues.

    @xyu12 @WaldoMcDisco @ParamountPlusAU I was expecting problems. Who could forget Optus TV streaming the World Cup, now it’s a very good service.

    @shhduff Chantelle, how do you get Canada to work on Apple TV? I have smart DNS but doesn't seem to open Dazn Canada for me. No issues with Optus or Spark though.

    @Optus Possibly they are, Steven. But a few years ago commonsense, effective work processes and care would have meant this never occurred. And the three hours on an ultimately dead line this week has not boosted my faith. The ombudsman and fair trading will give good advice, I think.

    I have been kicked off Paramount 3 times already and have had to re login each time. Teething issues but Optus had issues in the beginning too so I guess need to be patient.

    @ParamountPlusAU Streaming issues , finding the app on the smart tv .. loading the app .. buffering on the NBN ..just the same oas Optus on epl .. fox sports was much better .. not streaming they just don’t work on live sport
