What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

@BigKev67 @ianrobo1 @gisby_marc Adelaide day tests used to attract 30-35K for Ashes. Now, 50K is too big, despite D/N. Optus will never have 60k, unless Barmy Army fills up 30K. Gabba is good for 20K. But the capacity is 42K.

@Optus Incidentally he had some trouble calling me. Eventually it emerged that he was calling from a number that was blocked on my phone. I wouldn’t have blocked Optus but I do block marketing cold callers. Is Optus tech support sharing numbers/resources with cold callers?
