    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH #Optus. @Optus Even with its rotten support, you can't escape its lousy service without paying an $8.00 port out fee for each service number you have with it. I have never been happy with #Optus and this is among the worst customer experiences I have had.

    @Optus absolutely horrible customer service from your customer resolutions team. Definitely cancelling our 6 services and going elsewhere. Disgusted.

    @optus And how is it your site is literally so bloated it is impossible to load when experiencing service issues. It is beyond ridiculous. Lucky I have telstra on my phone or I'd have no internet access right now. Unhappy with optus wireless internet. Boooo.

    Getting charged for two different internet plans by @Optus. I just can't quit them because of their customer service, but damn, this better get resolved.

    @Shane3574 @ChrisMinnsMP That’s the point. Would Optus or Tesltra gone with a copper network? Optus already had a fibre network as did foxtel

    @Optus I would rather you fix the 5g in my area that's been under maintenance and unusable for 2 months (it was meant to be 8 days). Can't use apps on the computer without having a good internet to get them or use them.

    @Shane3574 @PeteMac007 @ChrisMinnsMP Mining, manufacture and food off the top of my head. I will say though telco can be a 50-50 split. Yes, the landline side of things is crap since there is one owner of the lines, but you do have competition between Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone on the mobile side
