    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @JoshButler Obvious. The issue really is Optus' security. I updated my Optus pwd recently but it did not affect the app on my smart phone. Normally if you update your pwd online then you have to re activate the app with new password. Simple security procedure lacking at Optus. What else?

    @idgie_68 @noplaceforsheep I just got my Optus bill too. I paid if they haven't offered any compensation by next bill I'm going to call them and demand some kind of concession. But at the end of the day it's not the money. I want to know what they have done to fix it and whether they will keep ID in future

    @Optus I have tried calling and been on hold for 30 minutes and the call cuts out before speaking to anyone. I have tried the Optus app messaging tool since 2pm today and have not yet communicated with a human. Tomorrow I am going to cancel every single Optus subscription I have

    @Optus Why would you sign up to Optus honestly. Even before this amateur data breach they had the worst customer service and inferior reception. 🚨🚨DO NOT SIGN UP WITH OPTUS🚨🚨
