    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    Hey @Optus are there issues with your 4G wireless broadband at the moment? Our connection has dropped out in postcode 3152. Mobile phones seem to be ok.

    This was a constant issue 8 months ago and after spending easily a total of 20 hours consulting with @Optus to have @NBN_Australia to fix, the issue was resolved eventually with no communication of action. We've only had 1 or 2 dropouts since. Until this month.

    Anyone else see the irony in @Optus calling their in market plans “Choice Plus” and *reducing* the number of ways to pay (no bpay, which I use to manage cash flow )… meaning LESS CHOICE?! I’ve been a customer for 20 years, this could be the thing that makes me jump. Not cool.

    @Optus I have been a customer for 40 years - after I upgraded my phone, I now have 2 seperate services. One for home and NBN and one for mobile. I have had a combined bill for 40 years - I don’t want 2 bills a month. Makes me tempted to cancel my 2nd bill and get cheaper NBN

    @Optus to resolve my problem of incoming call, you guys had spent 6 months. And since two week my service is disconnected and no network in my phone since two weeks. Spending hours everyday to your support but no progress. Ask me for number.

    @Just_Saying2021 @Optus @ashbarty This was last year. It was awful. When I (and others) needed to speak to my husband I (we) couldn’t. 3 weeks of him going to and from stores and calling on another phone to get this fixed. They cut off his number due to a “technical error.” Still causing problems. New number.

    @cameronjonesweb @instagram Yep there's plenty of bad geo data out there (my old Optus IP was always reported as Melbourne by Apple too..) but it's especially bad when combined with other items to make it even more confusing.

    @melanie_wray Interesting that they move North to MCG in the worst way possible, but don't move the W to Optus when it makes so much more sense.

    Suffice to say whatever @NBN_Australia did to resolve the issue last time hasn't held beyond 6-months and now I am being told to expect and ultimately accept the fault @Optus? Been with you for almost 20 years and am about to pull the plug.

    @Aussie_BB @Optus Yep, I did. But I get the worst "must be your network/WiFi" responses every time for problems that then mysteriously go away after I've spent ages troubleshooting. I think the comms between yourselves and NBN are perhaps the issue.
