    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    First day of home learning and as expected @NBN_Australia is down. It’s been crap for past week. I never had issues when I was with @Optus cable. We live in third world country. Have to wait another day for technician. Millionaires factory would not know what service means

    @Optus issues with home wireless broadband every other day in my area. My internet speeds are 1-2 mbps. Any chance of stable connection?

    Hi @OptusSport can you please consider introducing some download capability to your app? I commute on trains where mobile reception is poor and it would be great to watch Optus Sport on these travels.

    @Optus I have a case logged and the technician will come tomorrow but I will loose whole day today as there is no internet absolutely… it’s really pathetic @NBN_Australia wished we just stayed with cable instead of using a expensive piece of crap that has no reliability

    @oTygah Hey, I work for an ISP in Australia, can give a little insight - Optus probably had to update their international routing to Japan out the WA link again... Which goes all over the place before it hits japan., so chances are they wont fix this at all 2 options VPN or stay on NA :(

    @Optus I received a call from one of your agents "Active Office" trying to sell me NBN. I was very polite answering all his questions despite him continually talking over me. He was very rude and when he realized that I was not going to switch from Dodo he hung up.
