    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @devalara44 @JodiMcKayMP @ServiceNSW They certainly didn't think that through. As an OPTUS customer there have been a number of places I visited in remote western NSW where I had no coverage to log into the QR sites. No wifi either. Very short sighted on behalf of the government.

    @lo_rida Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sorry to hear there seem to be some issues with the My Optus App. I'm just wondering if you have tried deleting and re-installing the app as it may resolve the issue? Send us a DM if you need some help. Kristy

    @NBN_Australia Woohoo. 2 days later and finally the NBN status page is saying there is an issue. If the issue is affecting multiple vendors in Westleigh (TPG/Optus/Telstra), why would getting my vendor to test my specific line be of any use? Thanks for your input though.

    So @Optus forces us to move from cable internet to @NBN_Australia. Technician comes this morning to install it, only to tell us afterwards that there is an NBN outage in our street and most of the suburb. Apparently not going to be fixed until tomorrow night. Brilliant 😡

    @Telstra It’s obvious you need another tower. It is easy to fix. Some people have spent thousands trying to improve signal at their houses as advised by your company and it’s done nothing. I have an open case on going with you. I know Optus has a better signal in the area. I await outcome

    @Optus you give a customer of 10 years the wrong info and waste hours of my weekend then your retention team hangs up and doesn't call me back? How do you keep your customers?!

    @Optus .. i haven't been able to make phone calls or use my internet from my home since last week. It's irresponsible of Optus to undergo network maintenance without letting us know in advance. I was promised as many others that the network would be up and running by Friday.
