    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @robbiefushu @abcnews @Optus Good luck, Optus have the worst customer service in the industry there will be not a sole that is competent in this space that could call let alone would call to do anything. Fancy having a cyber attack and not having the right controls to keep customers details safe

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 So the fact that someone had to tweet at you Optus for information rather than you get on the front foot and post about it speaks directly of your customer service. Maybe Optus needed a little bit less of a PR stunt hiring Glady’s Berejiklian and more attention that your house

    @SenPaterson As an Optus customer I’m more interested in what Optus are doing about this data breach seeing as how they are the ones responsible for it and not the government.

    @Acting_Alone @Optus I’m talking specifically about frontline retail staff. Not contact centres. Dealing with aggressive people face to face is difficult to deal with. It’s not their fault their company made a royal **** up.

    @ToMyPirateShip @lesstenny @Optus You're Lucky you got an email. I've got two Business Accounts under my name with multiple handsets and haven't received a damn thing. Time to change to Vodafone or Telstra, not that they are any better. #FuckYouOptus
