@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Apple Got an iPad and just over 1 year it’s not working anymore. @Optus said I’m covered under Warranty but Apple said not covered. 1 years life !

Well I tried to call which is hard since mum & I don't have a mobile plus I'm not up there to help trouble shoot. Well then I asked if they could at least check if her area is down and then he went to, and hung up Oh my Lord. Mum needs to switch over to Telstra Optus sucks

Nothing like a new iPhone to make you realise how bad @Optus is. Their first option is to send a QR code - via post - for an eSim… via post. Otherwise you can spend 45+ mins, 3 transfers, for an eSim that doesn’t download, then they offer to call you back later from a 4th person

@Optus My new iPhone won’t connect to 5G and I can’t get a straight answer from chat. Is it normal not to have a 5G toggle in the Optus app like the help pages indicate I should, or is my problem elsewhere?
