    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @johnrlewis1959 @72Hallam Yep. I bailed on them after they kept sending incorrect bills and had to spend days and days on stupid messaging apps that never resolved anything. Worst customer service ever. We just duck down to nearest Optus store now if any issues and get sorted immediately.

    @BenitoWill Was more referring to the actual broadcast, like cameras and stuff. Optus' product wasn't up to scratch for 2018. I shouldn't think there'd be any other issues with the WWC, given the past big tournament's we've hosted in Aus. Fingers crossed, I guess 🤞🤷

    @Katrina_351 @lhjh70 @Optus I’m getting zero help from Optus. Haven’t been able to text and they don’t DM back, respond to online chat or answer the helpline when you call. Also they don’t update their outage page!!

    Once again. @Optus internet playing up. You’d think in the year 2021 they’d have worked out how to supply genuine service in Richmond. Absolutely pathetic. Cancelling internet after this tweet. 🖕🏽

    @J_Walter23 @Optus Don’t worry mate, I cancelled my service with them in August 2020 and they still send bills each month. When you ring up they confirm it’s cancelled and nothing to pay but just haven’t got around to processing the request yet...legless!

    @Optus Hi guys, getting multiple reports of sending SMS' failing. Have submitted a specific address report online but seems like it may be a much wider issue, across resellers too.
