  @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  So again, @Optus customers get their time wasted because the company couldn’t keep its data secure. Are they giving customers a month of free service or any compensation whatsoever? Of course not!

  Not sure if it is related to Optus data breach but my connection is terrible again. If you think slow is bad wait til you get unreliable. Tried to contact Optus repeatedly and no human response just auto trying to sell me a new phone. Just poor Optus service!

  Following advice (thank you Sean) I messaged Optus to check whether they in fact sent me an emails about my driving licence. I set out clearly the dates of the purported Optus emails, still don't have a clear answer. Other than empathy to help. I don't want empathy - just facts!

  **** sake @Optus. I’m actually done with you. First you leak my details to the world and now my internet has randomly stopped working. Reset the modem. Still nothing. Checked to see if I’m all paid up. I am. So what the hell? Once my contracts are up I’m out. #LostFaith
