    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    Amazing service from #optus who’ve decided to do shut down the local 4G/5G service for 2 WEEKS when everyone’s at home trying to home school/work.

    @Optus why do you guys have no service anymore it’s been going on for weeks where I get no bars of service on my phone. I am based in the hills District of New South Wales. I am just trying to understand this and why I am paying for a service I haven’t received fully in weeks.

    Enjoying the @OptusSport #EPL coverage this year. Seeing the Ian Thorpe advert 6 times a game, laggy game coverage and about 12 adverts for Optus in each ad break. Struggling to sell ad space because the service is so bad?

    @Optus Thanks although someone promised to look into it last week and I’m still having the issue yet I’ve continued to pay Optus in good faith that the issue will be resolved
