  @Optus My concern is that I have used my own data for 1 month and it’s WFH going, for other person she’s a university student I asked for compensation for my time & data but they denied directly. Moreover, @optus they never called me for my query and I have to call them every time.

  @Optus Why is my connection dropping out with increasing frequency? Only about 500 people here and your tower is only 300m or so away and I see it clearly. Did not have this problem with Starlink!

  @nicwkelly @Optus Mate had a terrible experience with them leaving my old house - their fault and no resolution from my end that I was happy with - Ombudsmund now - it's the only way to get their attention and this resolved asap

  @optus_help NBN Co has improved their wireless service. Why doesn’t Optus do the same? 25:8 is barely acceptable!
