@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Hey @Telstra, I ordered iPhone 13 1TB Pro Max from you on launch day. For 4 days you lied to me about "calling me back next day" to complete order. Finally I got mad & u took order. Now 23 Nov & still no iPhone. But friend's daughter WALKED into Optus & got a 1TB model. WTF? GRR

@Optus What do you need to know? My husband, @JoelLabi, spent hours on the phone with your call centers. We are in Maroubra, Sydney, and apparently there are upgrades to the local network... unless that is B.S....
