Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

We recommend enabling biometrics in the My Optus App for a faster and secure login, where no extra codes are required. From the 1st of Jan 2026, no conversation history will be stored/available in the My Optus app or My Account online. Bank details, card details, DOB. Banks cancel your cards in times of dispute. Direct debits are affected. Constant crimes against us all.
