    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    So, @Optus put up my phone bill because 'inflation', but has done nothing about my complaint about having no coverage many times over the past 4 months. I guess it's back to @Telstra for me, but I don't hold out much hope it will be better. Duopolies suck.

    @Optus Thanks George - I DM'd you last time. I followed your advice to call service centre. I got passed around to 4 different people and then told I would get a call back. I didn't. You didn't used to be like this - what happened?

    @kalandarkclaw @shanecjordan @WellsFargo 2/2 when I pressed them for a reason I was told that when I signed the agreement to Optus account that Wells Fargo can terminate the account at any time and that a reason does not have the be provided. The branch manager was the one who opened up the claim. Continued….

    @Optus That "Living Network" marketing is cringe, especially when you decide to make it an unskippable YT ad.
