    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Ballyurra It's not only copper that has that issue. My Optus Home 5G has dropped down to lower-end DSL speeds repeatedly during the big wet.

    @Optus hey I've been on the chat rrying to get a response for 3 hours!!! Can I please have an alternate way of contacting someone regarding the increased billing prices which seems to he going hand in hand with a downgrade and in service and quality

    @lavosaurus I got the same email. As soon as my contract is up I’m going elsewhere and I’ve been an Optus customer for over 20 years. I’ve had enough. Their contact number is written in invisible ink and they’re challenging Telstra for the title of the biggest bastards of telecommunications

    @lavosaurus Makes sense to shop around as the Alternative is to pay an extra $11/month for the same service ($4 increase + Optus Sport $7 charge). I'm in the same boat; except I'm not on a contact.

    @randomknits Eek! That’s terrible :/ (and was my experience on Optus, we always struggled to get the advertised speed for our connection.)
