@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@CybeleSees It feels like it. Its an optus prepaid samsung galaxy whatever. When that dat la breach happened I decided to cancel and go with another company. I tried to unlock it. Apparently its not locked to optus, so my sim card is in an older phone and I carry around 2 phones like a ***

@troyhunt Actually, two factor is what has happened: First you have to prove the licence number has been stolen, and secondly, have to prove it has been used fraudulently, before they will issue you with a bonus number on the back, all paid for by Optus of course. Both factors must exist.

@Optus 2 hours and 9 mins on phone… not on hold…gave account number, service number, DOB, postcode, four, yes, four OTP and she still could not find my account… then when I ask to speak to a manager I’m hung up on… bravo!
