    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Lol Landline? It's the 4G Wireless Broadband Router so what the air is interrupting the internet is it? Don't worry yourself I'm now tethering my working perfectly fine @VodafoneAU data and cancelling you tomorrow. There's no range of steps to fix it, Optus is the problem.

    @Optus No thanks. We’ve been through this about a dozen times now and no resolution or offer to send out a technician. Currently looking for other providers.

    @Optus @dottyoreilly Same here optus, no internet here in Melbourne since 4pm AEST, had a customer service person drop connection with me 3 hours ago and then mark the case as resolved. Been waiting on My optus App for over an hour. Need internet as we are in lockdown in Melbourne and have work 2moro

    For those playing along at home, the contract that @Optus told me yesterday during business hours that they couldn’t cancel, that they did cancel too late last night but I didn’t have confirmation about but would definitely receive but haven’t yet- I’ve just been told to pick up.
