But I still keep a 4G Wi-Fi device at my elbow & switch to it when things get rough. It is far better than banging heads with fools at NBN, Optus & the Ombudsman.

DT880 Pro (@SEIFFERTOVAL) reportedDidn't read the fine print when reupping my Optus - apparently cause my plan requires a direct debit on file you can't pay via any other method (annoying but fine) but also - I can't access a bill whether through the online self service or the app? Truly cooked stuff

More than 24 hours later & something which should be simple no-one can tell me what the hold up is? It also seems that you need to pay your call centre staff some more so they actually care to resolve issues
