@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@optus why on earth is taking me more than 1h to access my email? An issue reported on Monday still not being solved and the home broadband almost useless. Everybody at home needs to connect through their mobile phones. Ironically mobile internet seems to work.

Did anybody else find the commentary for #MardiGras2023 on the ABC last night horrible? What was with the interviews where we were not able to see the floats while they were just chatting away? We missed the flying bats + other amazing groups but got amex and optus up close?

@queeniepearlau @hannah_shiro It is also BS that this would go to litigation, it would need to be a civil complaint and let’s face it, none of you want all your private business out in public for such trivial matters. Besides Optus probably already handed out her details previously….

@hudafark Hi there, we'd recommend that you uninstall the Optus Sport app, restart your Apple TV, and then reinstall the app. This should resolve your low quality issue on Apple TV but if you continue to have problems please DM us - Aron

Any other @Telstra customers not receiving calls and texts from @Optus numbers or any verification texts? I was told it would be fixed in 48 hours a week ago and that it’s a “known issue”
