    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    Just an FYI Optus customers, at some point in the past the optus website would routinely transmit all of my personal details, address, driver's license, dob every time I loaded an optus webpage.While this is potentially safe, it is bad practice to send every refresh. #OptusHack

    @bluemoonmonday @VWHawkesbury @joshgnosis 'Warm Regards" is what you get when the admin morons at Optus use a prefilled letter doc and fail to change the signature field. Abit like forgetting to lock their office doors, giving hackers access to customer data. Says so much..

    After a data breach of this magnitude, Optus should at a minimum, be reimbursing the out of pocket costs for customers directly affected? Yet I keep reading stories of Optus refusing to help with the cost of compromised licences, passports etc. #ACCC #Accountability #OptusHack

    @Optus email. Dear customer, we've got great news! No unauthorised persons have been able to access your bank account details........The bad news is unauthorised persons have all the details from your identity documents so they can just create their own bank accounts. #OptusHack

    Hey @Optus, how long does it take your tech support team to fix my shocking nbn speed. Promised a min of 150mbps yet can't get beyond 10mbps. This has been going on for more than a month!

    @mick_minion Hi Mick, ID Support NSW is working with Optus to support customers with NSW government-issued credentials, if they have been impacted. Affected customers can contact the ID Support NSW team on 1800 001 040 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
