@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus I am on optus loop live and found out yesterday that the service was discommissioned. Yet I have received absolutely no advance notice via either email or snail mail. My business is now in complete blackout and this is unacceptable.

@Optus I get that, my issue is the techicans couldn’t understand me or my issue because English is not their first language & it sounds like they’re just reading from a manual & not actually listening or cognitively thinking for themselves.

@Optus Maybe I wasn't clear the first time around. I called the business customer service number yesterday and I received no help other than a promise to call back under an indeterminate timeframe

I left my phone and email to optus customer service and yet I have had absolutely no response whatsoever. This is unacceptable!

Hey @Optus I tried calling technical support, but whoever was next in the queue for my call has taken their headset off and walked away... Just sitting here listening to ambient contact centre noise waiting for them to come back.

@Lunick_Fiore Yeah... a lot of **** to sort out. Optus couldn't connect my nbn for 4 months because my house "wasn't in the system". Luckily everything else connected without a problem

@Optus I have a 5G phone, pay for 5G service and have it enabled in the app. It never works. Nothing but problems with Optus. Messages not getting through, patchy 4G at best. Have had to go through the ombudsman to get anything done. Never go with Optus.
