@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Good morning @Optus, we have a damaged UNI-D 1 port on our HFC NTD however UNI-D 2 is fine, what is the best way to transfer the service from UNI-D 1 to UNI-D 2 because I seem to be confusing some in your support team.

Not to mention the fact that a supervisor threatened me that if I made a complaint my iPhone dispatch would be delayed a further 3-5 bus days, but if I didn’t make complain it wouldn’t be delayed. That’s illegal & completely bullshit after the same sup admitted OPTUS stuffed up!

@Optus should be ashamed and how they treat customers and wont allow them to cancel services to join new providers. Optus have cut our services off over a week ago and have blocked us from moving to another provider when I'm out of contract. that's holding your clients to ransom

@jacojac Hi Jack, just to clarify, if you have more than two services still on legacy plans (non-Optus Choice Plus plans), you can still share data amongst those two services, just not with the service that has been recontracted to the Optus Choice Plus plan. (1/2)

On Day 41 of the Saga of the Broken Internet @Optus have said that they can’t do anything until they do more testing which they say can’t get Telstra to do until I record the time and duration of all drop outs for the next 24-48 hours.

Abso horrendous service from @Optus @NBN_Australia still without internet a week after moving. Impossible to get through to anyone. Tech doesn't show up to fix it. How can I get this sorted asap pls?
