    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    I'm also not with Optus, so that hack didn't affect me either. I wonder, though, if it's just a matter of time before my current telco and health insurance providers, and maybe even GP's office, are attacked and have their customer data exfiltrated and ransomed. Hope not! 🤞

    @LiamHosmer Just hope SBS have invested in a load of bandwidth for the streaming via their SBS on demand app. Given the teething issues with Optus last time around, coupled with streaming becoming more and more prevalent in the last 4 years

    Gday @Optus. Your customer service is horse poo. I received a suspicious looking email asking me to confirm changes to contact details and your call centre asked me for my account number after I’d already entered it and then hung up on me.

We are Optus customers so never know I go overboard on security stuff & make sure the wife does too Won't answer calls landline or mobile that has no identification attached sus of most emails & SMS

    @SamsungAU I've had terrible or no 4g for the last 3 days and it's driving me nuts. I have enough issues with this Samsung device and life so I don't need this chaos at the moment. Either your device or Optus Au are causing issues. Actually after the recent system update u made things worse

    Massive data leaks from Optus (a telecommunications company) A whole DC superhero movie, BATGIRL, was deleted from the server THE FILMMAKERS were saving it on and we have lost it forever and it will never see the light of day. Digital is not secure. It has never been secure.
