@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@GadgetQueenn Hi Irene, we cannot access the account without speaking with the Optus customer directly so we're unable to change an email on the account. In this instance we'd recommend that you mark the email as spam and disregard any further emails - Aron

optus has such **** service in my suburb oh my god we pay for 5G and instead i get one bar of 4G that can’t load a 480p video properly

Optus is going to charge me $10/GB for roaming data because I'm on their legacy $40 for 100GB local data plan and decline to 'upgrade' to their new $40 for 20GB plan. Telephony in this country sucks.

@ZoeWundenberg @Optus This is what happens to everyone. Privatisation doesn't work. Everyone does a Scomo and blames others. And the Telecommunications Ombudsman is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Good luck.

@RonniSalt The Gladys/Daryl ICAC enquiry shows why the impact of ICAC is hugely overrated. It's SO SLOW. Glady's will be on Long Service Leave from Optus before its finalised!
