    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Optus @rico_wallaby Revived an email saying my details had been impacted. However the email gave ZERO indication of how Optus will help. It’s all on me to try and catch any issues. Probably a bit later by then though to be honest #OptusHack #optusfail

    @transient_mind Or other providers do port in credits for Optus customers. Which I think will happen BTL. The number has gotta be new to that customer, doesn't have to be brand new unused - just break the association. Could spin breached Cust to breached Cust and not run out.

    @chipswoon @arielbogle Optus had to collect that data because the government forces them to. Should be like the UK where you can buy a functional SIM from a supermarket and not need 100 points of ID to have a phone service

    Hey @senatorbabet given your business and the amount of private data your business holds on rental applications. Can you assure the public their data is as safe as Optus? Will you support legislation on what real estates can request and hold for rental applications? #auspol

    @oldjoeschmo @nineislands There's dozens of service providers, they all use one of Telstra, Optus maybe Vodafone. Yes, Aldi does use Telstra, I use Aldi, rated best pre paid service provider in AU often.
