  @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  @Optus And the session time-out keeps interrupting me when I'm talking to a customer support, I have to log in again after a while. Why is that? Can the product manager explain? The overall experience with Optus apps (Web and mobile) is painful, and a simple request would take days.

  Millions of Australians may have had data accessed by “hackers” after Origin Energy confirmed it is investigating a cybersecurity incident. It could be one of the biggest “cyberattacks” Australia has faced following similar strikes on Optus, Medibank and Qantas. Most of the cyber “hacks” on Australian companies have actually been leaks due to incompetent, lazy IT staff—Origin received and email from the “hacker” but because said hacker didn’t reply to questions from Origin, the company pretended it didn’t happen until the hacker contacted the median. As I said, incompetent lazy IT staff.

  @footyindustryAU Granted for those states. AO and Optus were well executed. That Tassie will cost more than either for a stadium less than half the capacity pisses me off (I'm aware of all the supply side problems). Whilst Brisbane Roar is being fkd around by Suncorp having the busiest schedule.

  @nemagovau If i receive the alert on the phones i had to replace because they couldn't call one number on one network that i don't use, "000" on Voda network. Then i want those phones imei numbers reinstated on the Telstra & Optus, that i have sims for. The public/private partnership scam

  Like I said outside optus ur game is poor bcoz 90% thi year u played in optus this game shows all weak pts take them work on them even today its not finals ur struggling think finals outside optus today very poor midfield transition and very poor ruck @freodockers

  @Zaica71 Hi there, as mentioned by my colleague, this is a built-in safety feature within the phone. Based on the notification, it seems that the change is not permanent and will unblock all numbers for a 2-hour period to ensure that you are reachable by emergency services.   @Optus The advise didn't help. Can @Optus explain why already logged in users still need to do identify verification form as well as verification code. What security concerns the process actually addresses? Compared with putting unnecessary burden and waste time for users.
