    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Optus Thanks, had DMed. It’s been 45 minutes in the app with no reply and no working internet. Mobile too slow to hotspot the kids’ iPads through.

    @Optus @StepUpComputing Thanks heaps, StepUpComputing. I think that with the variety of people having the same problem, @optus needs to open a Mail Server Issue and talk with Microsoft, because it's really not my job, as a customer, to be the negotiator for a company-wide issue.

    Hey @Optus, long-time customer, just out of phone contract, you sent me an offer to reduce my plan costs by $10/month, lovely. I went through the process and then you sent a request for "REQUIRE PASSPORT AND VISA GRANT NOTICE." ??????????

    Internet continues to be down, smack in the middle of a lockdown on the day @NSWHealth announces 633 cases in NSW. Pretty tired of this poor service @Optus it really is not good enough

    @KonekoKittenYT roblox is ignoring the constant optus isp ping issue in Australia affecting an extremely large chunk of their playerbase, has been going on for two months, and roblox support have done jack **** and are only responding with a pregenerated message? yeah i have to agree with that

    Super ****** bummed @optus are changing their **** so I can't pay for my Netflix, Spotify etc via my phone bill from end of September I guess that's the final nail Hey, @Telstra, do you have (and will you be keeping) that service (billing via Google pay etc on my phone bill)?
