@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@LeenaVanD @kay_jay_s I have an NBN box on the wall of the house we are renting. TWO of them. Big ugly buggers, one with a big battery. Trying to get connected told no, those boxes don't exist, NBN was never connected to the property. Had to resort to Optus 4G. It is poor.

Thanks @Optus been on hold to bank for ages just staring conversation and signal dies! Time to update Wunghnu mobile service yep it’s a little town but on the major highway from Melbourne to Brisbane!

@Optus extremely disappointed in your poor customer service today. I booked online NBN relocation on 24/2. Told today that it will not be complete until 9/4 at earliest. Not acceptable! @PaulFletcherMP

@Optus Yes, and the message is always, "We're currently working on a mobile tower." It's now been several months of poor mobile reception, and at least a month of day-long WiFi drop-outs ... most of it with no warning, apology or offer of restitution from @Optus.

@Brodhe Honestly I've changed telco's over reception issues. Had constant drop outs with Optus... moved to Telstra and it was perfect (and got 5G). Might be worth a competitor check...

Third WiFi outage in 2 wks. Zero notice given. The last 2 went for around 10 hours and I expect today will be the same 😠 Mobile coverage has also bn appalling in recent months. Am largely housebound with health issues & rely on good WiFi/mobile to communicate. Do better @Optus!
