    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @AlexONei11 Would be interesting. Kayo, Disney+ and Optus are automatic buys for me. That’s 50 bucks already. A service just for UCL is a waste. All the football needs to be on Optus.

    @LFC_Australia @mselbyLFCSC Ohh **** off... I was loving only paying for Kayo and getting all the games (get free Optus sports with my context)... I we don’t end up like the uk where you have to subscribe to everything under the sun to watch all the games 😡

    @redamoor @MickLynch_Age I had precisely the same problem last night - Sony Bravia working fine for TV and Foxtel, but not 'seeing' my Optus wifi which was working perfectly on other devices. Rang the Sony 1300 this morning: simply do a hard restart by pressing on/off button on remote > 5 secs

    @hyp3rstrike @Optus Thanks. That helps. Regardless of the agreement, still unprofessional to not remind a customer or prompt them after 24 months. That’s a long time to just remember that your contract is up.

    Just got hung up on by an @Optus tech support officer for daring to ask if they could answer my question related to not having internet for over 24hrs. Awesome customer service
