@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra Thanks Ryan. We understand we won’t ever be getting NBN because an ‘existing provider delivers a fibre network to this area’. Given that Optus has been forced to close their network, it must mean the former Telstra Velocity network.

Home broadband help required! We seem to have fallen through the ‘internet revolution’ cracks in our area of inner south Brisbane (2km from the GPO). For 10 years, we had adequate @Optus fibre optic cable until we were recently forced off. 1/3

Dear @Optus & @Telstra is there ANYTHING that you can do to reduce or eradicate the spam text messages that are coming through with context of asking about videos or DHL deliveries - it's beyond a joke with the frequency of receiving them - your help would be much appreciated

My Dad pays for netflix, kayo, prime & optus sport. My brother pays for binge. I pay for nba team pass + am constantly renewing stan, britbox & disneyplus to watch certain things and about to add paramount plus… I can’t keep doing this you guys ok **** these streaming services
