    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Optus I've been reporting sub-1Mbps sluggishness, constant buffering, stuttering and halting, daily, for ages, and I've found that "sending a DM" does NOTHING to get the poor performance in Charmhaven addressed. I really don't understand why you can't monitor your own network?

    @Optus’s financial hardship line cannot be reached by Optus customers if their phone has been disconnected… get through on another phone to find out that “oh, your particular service cannot apply for financial hardship”… wtf?!

    @Optus Are there works/known issues in Tempe/St Peters (2044)? Just moved in and downloads are fluctuated between <1Mbps and ~20Mbps. WFH isn't viable, ETA on fixing the ~50Mbps plan I'm paying for?

    I did a spell to generate $20,341 today. After the spell, I checked my phone to receive a text to say I had received a $25k deposit on a sale. Then I found a cheque from optus I hadn't banked, for $341. $25, 341. Not bad. #witches #riches

    I can sorta understand an email server blacklist Digital Ocean. It's annoyingly general, but I can sort of get it. But blacklisting an Optus mail server? That’s just stupid.

    So still trying to get in touch with the elusive Optus technical support team after an hour of waiting went to engage they knock off at 8pm apparently it’s now 7.34 pm second day of trying not good enough Optus lift your game .
