@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@madameshawshank @PringPhillip Love is blind... and stupid evidently. Career straight down the **** chute, although I high paying gig at optus is 2nd best I suppose.

@peters_malcolm You have to check if you are getting 3G or 4G. If you have strong 4G signal and slow internet change your wifi settings to manual DNS. Optus routing can get very messy so try 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.8 . Turn on Airoplane mode for a minute then turn it off and see if it is improved

@Optus so there is an issue with webmail and there is a REF number. As a Allied Healthcare Professional this needs to be fixed ASAP not like a week in 2022

@janine_hendry I tried to cancel a sim which we don't use any more today. I went into the optus store, they are not allowed to cancel services. Waited on the line for a while, then tried the chat. The person I chatted with would simply not cancel the sim. 1/

@JimRHoughton Hi there - Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We're aware of an issue with users unable to use Optus Webmail(ref id: 25432532). As of now, we don't have an ETR on this but our IT teams are working on the fault & trying their best to resolve the fault -Aman

In the past couple of days I had the need to contact @Optus chat support several times. Gotta say I have been disappointed at how robotic the staff feel. Always trying to upsell plans + ignoring the info I already provided, only to ask again later, repeatedly.
