    @ThomasDougherty @oscarcsims In the past Optus tried it and failed so bad they had to hand it back to SBS which I think has also made streamers nervous the soccer fantasy in Aus likes the SBS team

    Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff β€œFrankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).

    @levied @Optus @Starlink I had the same issue several years ago now, if they're still doing this ****** tactic it might be worth lodging a complaint with the ombudsman.
