    @TC07580313 certain. It's very confusing. I have found out that, in reality, this "Full HD" or "1080p" is only available on selected devices and my device is not support. I have attached a photo at Optus' Bondi Junction store and a screenshot from their Facebook page. Similar claims made

    @Optus I upgraded my phone to 5G at the beginning of the month. After calling multiple times to figure out why I wasn't getting 5G they finally told me they were doing work in my area and it would be a couple weeks. Was told they'd call me to give partial refund and never did.

    @Optus I don't know about that last time you guys give me a NBN service the tech guys could not find a grid to hook it up ,an they didn't even seem to bother looking for it 😡 well done Optus 👏an here we are again about a monthly bill which you people have it at $585 wow ,mine is $123

    @Optus @ashbarty Lol honestly the worst out of any company I’ve ever dealt with, business wise and personal. Poor @ashbarty is sponsored by a marketing company that can’t deliver services. The people working there are great, the processes are terrible.
