  Trying to sign up to the free @equifax credit service provided to @Optus customers is an absolute nightmare. A glitchy site, convoluted process, and unclear instructions. I feel like as the betrayed customer, things shouldn't be this hard?!

  @Optus was expecting delivery today for a home broadband modem and apparently it was broken in transit, I wasn’t informed and now will take 7 business days without tv or internet. Also denied any accountability from your own supply chain and refused faster delivery than standard.

EU GDPR standards protect the privacy of EE citizens. Stop taking national security advice from the NSA. Look where that got us (Optus/Medibank).
