@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

@Optus received an email saying DD didn't go through eventhough I've sufficient funds in my CC.I was also expecting an update email re poor reception in my area 2155 which didn't happen. #poorsevice #nocommunication #nocompensation..btw I've made the pmt with the same DD account

I've been trying to connect to #NBN with #Optus for a week. I'm an existing customer yet cannot add a service to my account. The online chat is so slow. Which #ISP wants my business? Clearly Optus doesn't.
