@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

@heidimur This sucks. He was a true Demon Fan who wanted to see his team win after a 57 year drought. Anyone would do anything within their power to be at Optus to see that win. Make mental note - don't upset the Judiciary in WA. No heart there... And so removed from the real world.
30+ Hours spent with @Optus Dealing with my 4G Issue, and so far. Nothing has actually been done. According to them, none of my previous issues have been looked at or logged. The only thing thing they have offered me, is 25G extra on the crap 4G that will randomly slow down.
@TinyButMighty17 @alexpaul_66 OMG don’t even start me about NBN. I’m on the waitlist for 5G home internet in my area (have been for 12 months 🙄) But…. I switched from Optus to Aussie and I’ve had 90% less problems with my NBN connection 🤔🤔

@ozajo The biggest regret I have is switching from Telstra to Optus. The service is good most of the time, but when it’s bad it’s incredibly bad.
