@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

@RonniSalt Surely a job as The Suppositories stand in onion taster or Joshies back up abacus at Goldman Sucks or even a telephonist at Optus with Gladys. Mal Truffles doesn't seem a likely avenue though...he is too ambitious for Scooter. New York Trade Envoy?..it's never too late to apply.

@Optus It’s unlikely yous can help as that’s the lowest amount they could do for a payment plan which was more than $100 above what I have to live on. Years of contracts, thousands of dollars and this is the compassion I get when I’m severely struggling.

After calling @Optus to check if I had voicemail, the customer service guy activated it. I called back saying I didn’t want it and i wanted to go back to VMs being sent to me by text. They deactivate voicemail so now my phone just hangs up on people. Completely useless.

Optus you need to fix streaming service before you have no customers left. Ads every 8 minutes is ridiculous during a over 2 hours of content. Has made premier league unwatchable in Australia. Premier league needs to look into this or will loose fans @OptusSport @premierleague
