    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    @Optus Well @Optus it’s been well over 48hrs and still no contact from Optus Case manager or anyone from Optus. Instead you guys cancelled my orders with no discussion or approval. I’m appalled at how you treat your loyal customers of years.

    @Telstra Yep, well over a month ago and have to explain the issue every single time. Exhausted all troubleshooting. Communicated with Samsung who've applied fixes for Voda and Optus esim services. Only one left is telstra who haven't applied changes on their end.

    @10NewsFirstPER Why would anybody want to fund an idiot, $12000 fine is suitable plus a 5 year ban from Optus stadium, the courts have better things to do than waste time on this person.

    @Optus Hi. Is there any way to contact you about a Prepaid port/activation failure other than by phone? The phone menu is impossible to navigate and when I eventually reached someone they couldn't hear me. Tried to message through the app, but can't without having a service.
