@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

Hey @Optus. There’s been no internet or phone in #3130 for the last 24h. What are you doing about that? I’m planning on deducting at least 1/30 (and counting) of my next bill for this non-service. Or are you happy to take customers’ money while providing no service?

Dear @Optus - is it standard policy to insist that a customer has to have family to call to check if an NBN convection has been restored? Lack of connection yesterday forced me to go secure a place with a connection. Your rep insisted I could call a family member to check.

@Forteous_Apollo @OptusSport Noticed this also on my Apple TV. Starts fine, a few secs later goes blurry. Not seeing issues on other streaming apps such as Kayo. I checked Quality settings within Optus app, was set to Low for some reason. Auto didn't fix it, but High has.

@Optus There's no point, this is years, your 5G is laughable, your service is oversubscribed to, when it rains or a Friday afternoon it's non-existent, all this just 4 kms from the centre of Australia's 3rd largest city

@Telstra It feels like my phone is still like this, I have had no service no data since Christmas Eve. As soon as I can get to an Optus store I will be closing my account with Telstra, so over paying for a service that is not being provided.
