    @PrivacyMatters That Optus one is horrible. But, it's going to set a standard, so some good will come of it, maybe (depends on the lobby machine).

    @ABarrMLA Strange. All the urgency around the Optus data breach and your government puts in place a process that burdens users and is slow and plodding. Not good enough.

    As a current Optus customer I find it very interesting that I have not had as much as an email from them, yet I just received a phishing email that addressed me by my full name.

    @ms_simsimma @GoldSuzie Im at the Rego place waiting in a huge long line and they aren’t even open yet - Thanks @optus for nothing. This is my third attempt to get my license changed & Im not even an Optus customer. I wont even mention banks/medicare & CrCards. Obviously I made that mistake yrs ago🤬

    @samanthamaiden @liammendes The Optus chief has to be the worst public speaker I’ve ever heard. She sounds like a nervous child how did she get such a high profile job?

    @marble_wraith @strangerous10 The experts on optus systems are working for optus, so in a healthy business they should (and probably have) identified the root causes of the issue. There seems trust issues with optus, so getting external consultants to present the outcomes manages this.
