Hi @Optus I was 30 min late to recharge my phone and lost all my 66GB data. I've now recharge $30 and now have only 10GB. I'm a full-time uni student and have a really poor WI-FI at home which hardly works and would really appreciate if my 66GB can be restored please?? #Optus

@Optus . Without doubt one of the worst organisations to deal with. Impersonal. You are never able to talk directly to their staff. Their messaging system is time consuming. If you ask to be phoned you receive untruthful messages that optus have tired to phone on many occasions

@Optus Same thing has happened before which is why I'm asking for assistance from optus. The callers seem to have a virtually unlimited supply of phone numbers, blocking them appears pointless, possibly just confirms the number is in use(?) please help me to the extent you are able
