    @Aussie_BB Looking at Down Detector it looks like only Aussie is down. We just moved over 2 weeks ago and I hope this doesn’t become a trend (had maybe 1 issue in the previous 12mths with Optus prior).

    @Optus It is finally resolved. Message was made through vodaphone internet to find out why Optus internet was not working after showing I had full bars.

    @Optus 5G internet out in O'connor ACT 2602. Yes I've checked the Optus support pages. Yes I've checked the NBN co page. The fault is with Optus. I rent and pay $60 A month to the owner. In the last 47 days ive had internet for 5. Furious!

    @Optus why are you blocking people who are tweeting about the problems you create for them? My friends has been filling up the online account information form since 10pm AU time, yet she hasn’t got any experts to talk with. She has been trying since July 14.

    @optus refuse to give me signal, even though I live in suburbia, and as such I can't call @westernpowerwa to tell them about the outage that's currently happening. What a shitshow.
