  .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

  @NSWOmbo @Optus @Telstra Thank you. I was put to a case manager from Optus to solve my issue. Again, they promised to ring me yesterday and no phone call again. I'm currently on holiday but early next week, I'll be going through you guys to make a formal complaint. Appreciate the information.

  Yesterday I unplugged @Optus nbn power cord and added it to the extension box. To connect my @tweethue hue bridge. After that i was able to get internet on wifi @Optus team weren’t able to fix it over phone tried all there troubleshooting. They even failed to unable 4g backup

  Pretty dumb that @Optus would feed me a Facebook ad for a phone deal better than what I currently have, then tell me I can't change my existing plan to that. Why would I bother staying as a customer?

  @TheRegional_au @JEChalmers Pay routine bills like Optus, NBN by direct deposit, can access cash via any ATM (never needed it). BTW I'm 78 so age is not a barrier.

  @AgedAndrew @Optus If you have your own phone try Boost - full Telstra network - $200/year gets unlimited calls and SMS and 140GB of data - works for me!

  @FlogWarrior I second your motion Sharty. Telstra, Optus and Vodafone are **** when it comes to prices. I've tried them all have settled on a 3rd party provider (who use Telstra's infrastructure). You did a good thing 👍

  @optus really are the worst,second time my bill has gone up in 6 months,despite them failing to protect my data privacy. Won’t let me out of my contract. Fabulous customer service😤
