    @Optus gahhh since the switch over with ‘Vivid Wireless’ my Internet has been painfully slow the last two days ... been trying to watch Netflix for 2 hours now and only managed to get 10 seconds out of an episode 😫 I don’t work split shifts 365 days a year not to enjoy my break

    When you try to raise a formal complaint with Optus and their website doesn't allow you to Submit it. @Optus - someone higher than a team lead needs to contact me please.

    Hey @Optus Why is it so hard to report a fault? I've got no internet. I can't find the outages on your site. Report a Fault leads to a variety of different pages, none of them about reporting faults. Is it me, is it the area? Please help.

    @optus For 4 months I have been ringing you contact centre saying that my Australian phone is not ringing. It has taken 4 months to fix. Imagine as a #business owner not getting a call for 4 months? What if my family had an issue? #pissed at incompetency!
