Good work @Optus I recommended you to my father, but after buying a SIM he’s spent hours failing to get it activated via your automated customer anti-service system which is apparently designed to thwart victims from getting to speak to a person. Never recommending you again.

@Optus Thank you. It’s a pity your chat help couldn’t check this. Or at least advise me to look at it. I was asked to reset my phone, remove my SIM card, change various settings. Each of these solutions were suggested multiple times despite advising none of them corrected the issue.

@GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

Dear @Optus you are a disgrace, cancel my ADSL as I am signed up to NBN well I would be but still waiting for a modem from you from 10th Oct, rang help desk and Annika CB690949 was going to ring me back in 10/15 minutes 40 minutes.

@bogues2zoners Similar issue with Hone Internet - upgraded service only available to new customers not exisiting. We, along with a good number of the village, all moved to Optus. We get better service with them off the same tower that is in the village that Telstra won’t address but the funny

@OptusSport My subscription has been paid onSept 14.. Optus gas now locked me out of my Optus Sport, your app then advises to open a “Ticket” to contact your support team, I did that then hit the “ Submit” button then App Crashed?

I’m quite keen on porting away from Optus due to various reception issues I’ve been having. Was thinking of Telstra but their SIM only plans don’t allow eSIMs. Vodafone is also tempting. Haven’t used them for over a decade, so I wonder if they’ve improved.

@Optus sick & tired of having no nbn when it rains. It looks like I’m not the only customer with this issue. Last time I raised this I was told it needs to happen 5 times in day for to be flagged an issue. Imagine no phones during this time &a emergency how is that not an issue?
