    I really wish my @Optus 5G WiFi would not drop out every ten mins. Been nothing but trouble since we had it. Need to go back to NBN awful signal.

    @Optus Hey there. My mobile service has died completely. Is there any known issues going on? Waiting 15mins for an agent on live chat suggests maybe there is but not sure.

    @Optus and @NBN_Australia your network is shocking. I don’t think there’s been a day since Christmas that we’ve had a full day without network outage and connection dropping to the level where the internet just can’t be used. Seriously, just unacceptable for the price we pay. 😡

    Hey @Optus - I’m so annoyed. The service I’ve received is beyond appalling. I have a personal account and recently changed the business account to you but I’m told your crm system can’t differentiate or create two distinct entities - causing confusion and mix ups. It’s 2021!

    hi you keep trying to charge me $500 for general use damages on screen/pixels UNDERNEATH the screen on a lease phone I had. You know that's a manufacturer fault right? Are you ok @Optus can you fix this stupidity thanks.

    @Optus, hey Floptus when are you finally going to finish work on the Cell Tower in Clontarf? At one stage it was supposed to be finished by mid Jan, but it is still dragging on! In the meantime I get 4th world service! Download speed 10.3, upload 1.16, and this is on 5G

    @LucasMapstone_ @Cas2o @maz_jovanovich Same happened to me just now in Brisbane. Optus network told my phone to jump forward but my girlfriend's identical phone, with identical settings, 3m away, stayed on Queensland time.

    @Optus Thanks. I have had several conversations and chats with customer service. I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Text messages coming through advising outages

    LAST YEAR AUSTRALIA HAD A SERVICE CALLED OPTUS, YOU COULD GET THE SPORTS FOR 15 A MONTH, THEY LOST THE RIGHTS FOR CL THIS SEASON AND ITS NOW ON STAN, HOWEVER YOU CAN'T JUST GET STAN SPORTS, TO WATCH CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IT'LL COST 25 A MONTH AND THERE'S LIKE 2 GAMES A MONTH 😑😑 1/2

Went to mini golf and restaurant on Friday, kids basketball and bday party at bounce on sat, then a pub and the rugby with 50k ppl on Sunday at Optus stadium. Just wish we would open up so I could be free…..

    @Exambolor My phone is on a 3 year lease, so I get a new one every 3 years and I reckon that’s perfect, my old phone gets refurbished by Optus and they can re-use/sell it! Apple are just too good with Marketing to the point where people can’t help replacing every year 😕

    @Msnintendique64 That’s so ******. I got the 11 Pro Max outright from apple because Optus here were ripping you off for the trade in scheme too. They’ve rectified it a bit now that they do 0% interest on the handset but the plans are terrible!

    @vladoblazeka I’ve got Optus (thru being a broadband customer), the beIn Sports app and Paramount, and it’s actually very inexpensive. For just over $100 p/m inc broadband, I think that’s a pretty good deal. Not bothering with Stan and Kayo, as they are both a rort at this point…
