    @VicBStard @NBN_Australia Makes sense. If @Optus had of kept the maintence of the cable up to standard before selling to the NBN then it wouldn't have been an issue.That being said I don't get why the NBN didn't just fix the issues.

    Good work @Optus I recommended you to my father, but after buying a SIM he’s spent hours failing to get it activated via your automated customer anti-service system which is apparently designed to thwart victims from getting to speak to a person. Never recommending you again.

    @GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

    @Optus Thank you. It’s a pity your chat help couldn’t check this. Or at least advise me to look at it. I was asked to reset my phone, remove my SIM card, change various settings. Each of these solutions were suggested multiple times despite advising none of them corrected the issue.

    @Optus hello, we got a new plan yesterday and the sim is not yet activated. Not in store, not later as told, not thanks to the online chat agent today, and I can't find the way to do it. Kinda need to be able to use the phone... please help.

    @MarkMcGowanMP If there was a medical break through to keep the young and the weak from becoming ill I would support it being ramped up. Not a lottery of who lives who dies who has future or who suffers. Filling Optus Stadium for footy or the Perth Cup still results in spread and infection.

    @thecruncherau Exactly. My guess is that because they didn't need to play Brisbane the AFL never sent them over. Another weird scheduling pattern is that (including this year) 14 of the last 18 games between Brisbane and West Coast have been @ the Gabba. They've never played West Coast at Optus

    @karinstark79 @AlexBallhausen @Middleton_Says This is true in SA too. Telstra is awful where we live 30km from Nuriootpa and only ~80 from Adelaide CBD as the crow flies. Fortunately, Optus put a tower up and some get decent coverage but a lot are still with Telstra and the risks are massive.
