    @Optus so we are now into week 3 of no service to my Apple Watch and no idea when this will be fixed even though I have had a tech unpair my watch many times, many attempts and trips to the store and 2 new sims... what’s the plan @Optus move back to @VodafoneAU

    @optus HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU for being the provider that got our NBN installed in less than 2 weeks. No text messages back and forth for 6 weeks just amazing service! @Telstra you need to take a leaf out of their book 6 weeks of bullshit vs 2 weeks and NBN installed #yesoptus

    Absolute crap service from @Optus “more than an hour and so we won’t be dealing with your call today”. #optusfail Yasmin got through and they wouldn’t let her just report the fault even though she has an @Optus account at same address. Complete failure of their outsourcing model

    @Optus is the a known issue with Fetch streaming? I’m on Optus NBN and have no issues with any other internet/streaming services. Streamed channels not reliable, on demand (e.g. BBC catch-up) not working at all. Done soft reset, still broken.

    @OptusNewsRoom I ordered a SIM card online on the 25/09/20. The Optus site says 3/5 business days delivery time. Optus can you tell me should your advertising be 30/50 business days delivery?? It’s the 12/10/20??? 🤬 WTF

    @Optus Hi Aaron. I would love to use the app but your system now has the wrong date of birth for me after 20 years as a customer. And when I finally got through on Thursday and did my ID check - no problem. Something wrong with your app.

    @rab_s It’s so ******* annoying they ALWAYS get the first attempt wrong to a business and it only arrives successfully after optus email them letting them know the business name and floor. How ******** don’t they have a work around for this yet? it’s incredible

    Everything in my world seems to be taking longer. My computer has slowed down. I no longer have email.(Optus has no online techicnical team). It took me an hour and a half to get through to Telstra. My washing machine is broken. My TV doesn't work. All I have is Twitter. TGFT.

    @Optus I’ve done all the checks. IView, etc. all work fine on the Fetch box. It’s the streaming channels that take ages to start and give streaming errors. Catch-up like BBC First are really bad and often fail to start a show, showing a streaming error. Looks like Fetch service prob.

    @Greybeard3 @JohnBirmingham @Optus I didn't go to TPG but I did leave Optus. I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

People laugh at covid now saying “can’t believe I was fooled,” but they’re going back into fear with these data breaches (Optus, Woolworths) what a great time to bring in Digital ID.. - most people are stupid and the awake have a fight ahead.

    Woes @Optus continue. Optus has not be able to fix number share problems with the new @AppleWatchUltra for over two weeks. There are many of us suffering this issue. Optus are clearly struggling to fix this. @zollotech

    It's bad enough @Optus being utterly incompetent to handle ID documents and put them openly on the Internet. It's a whole new level of incompetence for @Optus to say their response should be considered 'safe' by anyone affected. Don't trust @Optus replace your documents.

    @madcatjo2point0 @ServiceNSW If you looked into this for more than half a second you'd know this already. You'd also know that no photographic data was stolen (it is all text based data). But replace whatever you want. As service NSW said "as a precaution". But Optus won't likely reimburse you for it

    @9NewsAUS This is getting out of hand, OPTUS TELSTRA WOOLWORTHS etc. we spend a lot of money in those establishments and we do expect our privacy. I think they should lower their prices until they've pulled their finger out and manage to resolve this major problem.

    Got an email from @Optus - my passport details are compromised. Their ‘solution’? To suspend the online identification function. My reaction? Leave @optus and join class action with @MauriceBLawyers . Cause and effect
