  Here is the kicker. I was there b/c my father has Parkinson and border line Dementia which Abu knew at 383 George St. Abu tried to get the attention of the manager who was with a customer along with another Optus colleague and he brushed Abu away without even acknowledging Abu. Being also brushed off angrily by the guy at World Trade Square (witnessed by another angry customer) and had not opened the store at required time only shows Optus has a serious cultural problem which I’m sure Ben Fordam at 2GB will find interesting tomorrow when I email him.

  And they’re all the same. It’s almost a rule that the bigger they are the worse they are. Telstra, Optus, Qantas, the big banks, Coles, Woolworths. All run by wildly overpaid ‘chief executives’ who would rather wrestle crocodiles than actually encounter a customer. **** ‘em all.

  @Togetherdec Australians can buy a mobile phone without identification but they can't connect to the network to use it without identification. Telcos are collecting & storing vast quantities of personal data. Optus iiNet TPG iPrimus Dodo already breached/hacked. Our Privacy Act is a joke.

  @Ishaan071007 @1no_aalsi_ Aesthetics ke liye paisa nahi lagta. Sense lagta hai. BCCI is richest board in the world. May be the Vranasi Shiva inspired stadium will be good. But most stadiyms made by Indians look bad. Austrakias latest stadium in Perth. Optus, just see it.

  @Jakie_1993 Yeah, someone a few years back thought I was crazy moving mobile from optus. Said not really, as have optus internet in residence. I said if mobile goes down and internet down at same time, no chance to communicate. So always check if mobile piggybacks optus network

  @pelli_69 @Optus @Telstra I was with them for years, then went straight to Aussie Broadband! One of the many benefits is that it has Aussie call centres & tech support.

  @enz2g @1WeakGuttedDog Your gaslighting is terrible. I’ve not seen a single complaint about Boost. The list is endless for Vodaphone and Optus. Hell, Optus is in the news today for another outage. As the saying goes, it seems you will die on the hill than admit you are wrong.
