    @Telstra It feels like my phone is still like this, I have had no service no data since Christmas Eve. As soon as I can get to an Optus store I will be closing my account with Telstra, so over paying for a service that is not being provided.

    Hey @CommBank, you know what I’d like more than Aussie based call centres? Actual customer service. Went to 2820 branch on Friday. They close at 1pm DAILY. The ATM is broken. Went back, ATM available, not accepting cheques (**** you for sending a cheque @Optus) 🧵

    Bought a Sim card for my uncle (he's old) Sim won't activate online, contact Optus support to ask why. Explain situation, and I just want to know why it won't activate. "Which post paid plan did you want to go on?" What? Sales techniques have changed since I was in sales.

    .@Optus must be a day ending in "Y", $90 a month for data of 2G speeds only 100 metres from a tower, consistently for 5 years across many phones, your platform not my devices, fix your ****.

    Honestly, @Optus - is it your policy to refuse to cancel a service, and instead have your call centre people stonewall with revised offers? It is infuriating.

    @Optus @Naked_Squid Has this been fixed yet, it is an app problem that Optus need to fix ? I am still having this issue, I assume Optus haven’t identified this as the app for lg is not useable

    @Forteous_Apollo @OptusSport Noticed this also on my Apple TV. Starts fine, a few secs later goes blurry. Not seeing issues on other streaming apps such as Kayo. I checked Quality settings within Optus app, was set to Low for some reason. Auto didn't fix it, but High has.

    @troyhunt Actually, two factor is what has happened: First you have to prove the licence number has been stolen, and secondly, have to prove it has been used fraudulently, before they will issue you with a bonus number on the back, all paid for by Optus of course. Both factors must exist.
