    @Optus @RunnerSA18 I am so glad my NBN is NOT with Optus or I'd be screwed big time. It's bad enough i cant make phone calls or use data that I'm bloody paying u for. I do not recommend Optus to anyone you are worse provider ever

    OPTUS: Must provide ALL Customers with the requirements needed to ensure that their CYBER security and any other issues are completely covered. Regardless of the cost involved

    @redruby17 @Optus I get about 3-4 scam calls a day on average and have done for ages. It means I never bother answering a number I don’t know. If they are real I figure they will leave a message/text.

    @Ronni_NQau @SatPaper I don’t think the @Optus breach is their fault. Forcing communication companies to store private government information on every customer means that every single business is a risk to our sensitive information. License numbers and passport information is the tip of the iceberg.

    OPTUS BREACH: There can be NO TRUST between Optus and any customer that has been involved with that Company. Optus must provide all details of the breach to all current/ previous customers, so that those affected can attempt to recoup their individual problems/ issues
