How am I to know when I have the data I paid for? How much time have I lost? Will @Optus extend my time? Offer more data that doesn't work? Tried complaining on their app- useless. I can't buy food or meds with Optus credit, so they better reimburse me with something I can use...

@Optus Streaming service kept lagging this morning every 5 minutes or so…

  • JKarmouche John Karmouche (@JKarmouche) reported

@abcnews Optus increased my #NBN speed to regular 100 Mbits recently from previously very slow speeds by simply replacing the original wifi modem they supplied in 2014 (or thereabouts). I'm not sure that Albo's expensive plan will make much difference.

  • bamcclinton Barry (@bamcclinton) reported

@OptusSport why do your epl broadcasts have un-skippable ads in a paid for service? It’s not acceptable when customers pay a premium and Optus is the only paid streaming service I subscribe to that does this

  • cecile_holly cecile_Holly (@cecile_holly) reported

@Optus Case number 100853246. Maybe the case manager is not even working at all for the last 3 days. I was on my old plan and have been with Optus for 30 years. I had to change to the new plan only because I needed a booster. Never had this issue (dropping off and slow speed)

@mRossignol3 Hi Martin I can see you've sent a private message about this and I'll reply there as I can see an NBN outage reported but nothing for Optus Mobile. Meg

Cheers Quade from @Optus - ever tried reading what ppl type? Seriously, I used to work for that **** company & pretty sure you're told to listen to complaints, reiterate that you want to help & clarify the issue. You did none of this *******. Your msg was condescending & stupid.

  • allthingsct Dr Leah Farrall (@allthingsct) reported

Finally got faulty Samsung phone reset to go back to Optus. With esim malfunctioning & 2FA on, getting help to reset has been nightmare. Between that & messed up Outlook and Calendar (which phone probably contributed to) it’s been weeks of tech glitches. Sticking with apple.

@Optus @optus this is still broken.
