    @DebCansdell @albericie @Optus agreed. if phone call doesn’t sort it, raise issue via twitter. it usually resolves the problem. it’s so very frustrating that this is the way business and services are run. you’re lucky it wasn’t centrelink

    @jaquix173 @albericie @Optus I have been with Westnet since their inception as an ISP in the early days of the Internet and I am a Gamer so keep current on new products. They are the best. Even after they were taken over by iiNet they have kept their own name and reputation as the best in customer service

    @albericie @Optus Yeah, what's mad is that centrelink (and to an extent, public hospitals) are just as bad if not worse, and all their outsourced centres are here in Aus.

    @albericie @Optus Yeah, I really wouldn't go with Optus or Telstra if it's NBN. I'm with Aussie Broadband and they're great (Australian support too), and I've heard good things about Superloop and Launtel too.

    @albericie @Optus Shameful. Same-same with #Telstra. One of the many major problems with selling off public assets, call centres sent to Manila & Mumbai. Underpaid call centre staffers don’t give a rats arse for angry Australians. Language barriers often excused though intolerable IMO nowadays !

    @ch1ch01 @Optus Yeah. I reported as well — and also raised it in live chat. Spoke with another person on Optus here and they also have the same issue (actually said it’s regular at this location)

    @Optus Hey there. My mobile service has died completely. Is there any known issues going on? Waiting 15mins for an agent on live chat suggests maybe there is but not sure.
