@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@Optus tomorrow will be 1 month since our NBN dropped out in a storm. Still no answers or techs coming to our house. Optus have no solution or have helped us yet still want to charge us for the month. Complaint has been raised with ombudsman. What a joke #Optus

@Optus This is a daily occurrence. I moved out of one suburb notorious for terrible connection into another suburb (different tower) and the same damn problems. I'm angry and this is unacceptable.

@Optus So NBN has been restored but still unable to get wifi access through the NBN modem. Have turned on/off, troubleshooting through Modem User Guide and checked connection via 192.168.0.1 and all looking good but unable to connect any device to network. Any tips?

@Optus Yes I am. It says "In order for us to communicate any service related messages an alternate Mobile Contact Number is required". I don't have an alternate local number, that's why I'm trying to set up this one.
