    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @Optus my internet has been down for the past 12 hours have been unable to use Foxtel and Netflix, tried to use my mobile data to cope and went over the 2gig limit in less than 8 hours. Any idea when the internet issue will be resolved or at least some clarity as to whats occured

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I’ve never had any reason to praise @optus service. Currently paying them $30 per month just to maintain my number whilst stuck overseas. They are the LNP of service providers.

    @Optus Since i am up to date with my payment n never was late. This is a joke, i was out on business dinner and it was embarrassing not being able to use my service at all on my phone. This is not what i am paying for and its absolutely not professional.

    @AuspiciousTimes @MichaelWestBiz @Optus Something similar happened to someone I know living in a duplex. Technicians disconnected their NBN service to use their connection to establish their neighbour’s service instead of drawing a new line for the neighbour. Is that laziness or incompetence?

    @Optus @Jeffersonlisa5l i have no nbn and half a bar of mobile coverage and I a. Being told I will have to wait 48 hours or more fo this to be fix .

    @Optus For the second time within one week, Optus restricted my service data and calls for bo obvious reasons. My account balance is up to date and in fact its in credit. It happened at 10 pm where no technical services are available to help their customer. I am definitely going to TIO
