    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @FlashCric Fair enough about the seniors getting their way but if anything Ross's slog sweeps won't work in the bigger square boundaries of Optus. hitting straight down is the way to go and all these makes the selection more baffling

    @Optus Are there known issues with landline internet in the Sunshine Coast area? For the past few days it's been rather mediocre. Loading sites takes 4-5 seconds to initiate or sites fail to load at all.

    @Telstra Mornington, 8 staff, one customer being looked after!! Waited 40 minutes while staff ate food, drank their coffees and chatted away!! Walked out, after 12 years I’m off to @Optus #telstramornington
