@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@Optus Our Brisbane store was switched to Optus NBN on 28 July. We've had no phone service since then. Told today will finally receive an email confirming info of a technician coming to store. No email. Bad service from Optus continues.

@Optus Thanks Dillon. More communication from Optus is needed. Still not working. I expect Optus will reimburse me for the travel pack still being charged and the $70usd I had to pay to get 2 local sim cards. Not good enough.

@Optus I can’t even log into my account because everyone at Optus is too lazy to bother to set up my account properly despite going into 3 stores in the last 3 months, 14 phone calls and constant chats. How can I pay a bill that I never recieve because I can’t log in?

@Optus .@ASheridanOptus It seems like this capability (to reduce impacts of spam) would be a way for Optus to demonstrate that it is proactive and public-service minded, as well as protecting corporate data on our phones

@Optus what tf is wrong with your roaming? It takes a million years to connect but finally did in Singapore, Finland, Netherlands and UK this week, but all I can get in US is SOS only. On every network. And I’ve used it there before.
