@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@Optus Maybe some training of staff In not harassing customers when they simply want to cancel a service would be good. But clearly from the various conversations I've have over the last couple of days they're working from a script. Will be contacting the TIO.

@HYP3RSTRIKE @Optus No surprise this tactic was used, It's something even @Telstra is doing to get people onto the automatic billing stuff, And its to help stop people getting phones from AU and bugging out to where ever internationally and keeping the device.
