    There’s Optus internet outages across the country it seems, my internet is out here, Brisbane has had some. Anyone else across Australia had problems with their Optus related internet whether NBN or ADSL? Even my Optus mobile phone internet is spotty.

    Hey @optus - every 6 months or so you oversubscribe the network in my area - then I get a couple of weeks / months of crappy dropouts as you try to share the connection among too many people. Do better. Increase your margins or something.

    @Optus Optus has worst customer service of all majors. Optus doesn't give a toss about you as soon as you sign a contract. Longer you stay with them the worse they treat you. I've been with Optus since 1982. I have the right to comment. Optus DON'T CARE.

    @Optus @Optus sounding very repetitive! Let me inform you what the issue is; there are 2 towers in our reception area, you finished work on T1 on the 9th, work on T2 was due to finish today, clearly it has not? Please advise the new date for completion?
