    There’s Optus internet outages across the country it seems, my internet is out here, Brisbane has had some. Anyone else across Australia had problems with their Optus related internet whether NBN or ADSL? Even my Optus mobile phone internet is spotty.

    @wowBbr @lincmcd May save us but what would the AFL do without our money to help fund the likes of Brissy, Saints, North, GWS & GCs & all then other new ventures. Not to mention the money Optus makes every other week. Freo serves it’s purpose & that’s all the AFL cares about.

    @ATTHelp @optus_help AT&T customer from the USA, in Australia. Been connected to OPTUS on LTE since Tues in Sydney. Now in Melbourne, but only 3G w/ frequent dropouts to ‘SOS Only’. My wife has another US provider that uses Optus here, but no issue connecting at LTE speed. Ideas?

    @JasonABowman Hey Jason, thanks for getting in touch. I'd suggest resetting your network settings on your phone, and even try selecting the Optus network manually. If you continue to have issues after that it'd be best to speak with AT&T support so they can investigate - Aron

    @Optus how long do I have to wait for Optus to resolve my issue,I’ve barely heard from the person assigned to fix this,I’m seriously considering going elsewhere

    @Optus Tried that. It's telling me my account has been blocked. (Which it hasn't). Could you escalate the problem please? Suspect (judging by the product review comments) I'm not the only one.

    @Optus my NBN was out for 5hrs yesterday and again today since 2pm. Not even an estimate when it's gonna be fixed. This is pathetic service. Me and my wife both work from home and any outage is utterly disruptive. NSW 2074.
