Tom Baker (@Duckimusprime) reported@AFL @barrettdamian @JoeyPigz I mean sure, they just **** their pants the last time they were there. And a Freo side that had top spot locked up lost two of its last three games. Neither of which was at Optus.

J Labs (@jnj_pro) reported@Optus Then I was forced to log in again, after entering OTP, I got redirected to the login page again. You are a joke @Optus 🃏
-
Rob (@hkrob) reported@Optus Have you tried tracert the IP I mentioned in the Original post from an Optus network?

Mark Symons (@SymonsYahoo) reported@ronInBendigo A clear sign that corporate management wishes to frustrate and alienate customers. No just due to the decision but principally due to the inevitable decline e to disastrous levels of customer service and systems reliability. The much reviled Optus is a case in point: dreadful customer service and numerous life-threatening outages as a result inadequate staff processes and failed procedures. I would love to see the risk assessments carried out by both companies, in relation to both real and reputation risk.

Humanitarianella (@BecauseImElle) reportedGo digital they said. What that has got us? MyGov, Telstra, Optus hacked. Stolen identities, etc. This isn't even 1% the problem. Why keep pushing something that causes many problems & stress to everyday ppl? Tracing private citizens every move is the objective.

MorgoSmisho (@morgosmisho) reported@Optus ordered a phone upgrade and eSIM. Got the email saying the order number would arrive next. But nothing. Told the order wasn’t processed ‘yet’. Had this before. They say order again and you end up with 2 accounts. When you cancel one, it incurs fees and a debt agency. Scam.

Mian Ijaz Rabbani (@ijaz2021) reported@jazzpk Australia switched off its 3G network in 2024, since then Jazz IR roaming stopped working in Australia. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive a reply to adjust network settings to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

Dread Pirate Grimm🇦🇺✝️ (@Gizzmo4141) reported@lordlaw92 Landlines still exist, just nobody uses them so people stopped paying for the Service. I mean 'why pay for home phone and mobile?' as with most things in society people simply don't expect things once established to ever fail. It's why optus and telstra are strung out atm.

nicko_316 (@nicko_316) reported@karavas_alex @BrianJArbuckle 50k of intense support at Optus which configuration isn't too dissimilar to MCG. Freo kicked 100+ in the 2 games at the G. Doesn't phase them mentally. Sat was a rare shootout. A GF doesn't have that level of intense support - 100k v 50k doesn't make a diff.

Amber | Uber The Yurr (@Uberstooks) reportedImagine cancelling a family plan & replacing it with another service, funnily enough which costs more. Customers needs aren’t changing, your greed is. @Optus, this is appalling & just outright greedy. I will be taking my business elsewhere, along with future required services.
