@P_T_Ager @joeywhykes11 @Adrian_Poly Yeah really keen to get to Optus. Absolutely loved Adelaide Oval with a full crowd as well. I used to go to the Gabba and the SCG both very regularly when I was posted in each city in the RAAF. Can comfortably say old Carrara was the worst ground I’ve been to.

@Optus Optus has introduced subscription model you essentially prepaid the roaming weekly fee. I am stuck in Srinagar India where I cannot extend my roaming for another 7 days due poor WI-Fi. Optus you need to rethink your processes

@Optus Hillariously; Ive sent them a screen shot of my credit card several times. At which point they agree they've charged me but still cant help. Its outstanding! Hoping my bank will help me tomorrow.

@MarkMFallon @Optus It was way too slow for a chatbot. My guess is some poor person stuck in a call centre managing a dozen chats at once.

@Optus your support is some of the worst I have had to deal with. Im just getting run around in circles when all I really want is for you to remove my credit card from my account (since you keep charging me $1/day when Ive cancelled plans and removed my sim)

27hrs and still can't activate an Optus SIM card. Not sure if the Optus tech support knows what a sim card is
