@Optus This is about a man who is already feeling degraded and can’t do a simple thing as cancel a payment. Burgled twice in less than a week and won’t help.

@Optus i’m feeling so stupid by choosing Optus over such great service providers at least they would have helped me out when I am Overseas and I lost my Sim I am the account holder I lost my Sim and still optus says that they cannot help me at all wow

Calling Optus because my current number isn't connected to my account/isn't recognised as my primary number. Because of this I can't view my bills let alone use the app. Couldn't fix it in store for some reason, call tech support number that's supposed to be manned until 8
