    Hi @optus, NBN down and 4g almost non responsive in 3138. I can’t log problem because webpages and app won’t load.

    @GeoffreyHuntley I'm using Optus home broadband 5G. Even when it is not connected to the 5g network the speeds are better than NBN.

    @Optus Cheers Jono. Had a look myself mate, but couldn’t see anything hence the tweet. It’s all good mate. Was just annoying as I’d lost the remote to click yes to watching and it shut down before I found it.

    @Optus Of course I did the trouble shooting you have no phone support at all referring me by on line links to services that won’t open.
