    @Optus my internet has been down for the past 12 hours have been unable to use Foxtel and Netflix, tried to use my mobile data to cope and went over the 2gig limit in less than 8 hours. Any idea when the internet issue will be resolved or at least some clarity as to whats occured

    @Optus The app person says that I need to put in the area code when dialling a local number- is that true @Optus? I have been dialling my home landline for 20+ years and I have never needed to put the area code. When did this change happen?

    @Optus Funny thing I called your help desk about 10 minutes before you sent that tweet and they knew nothing. Other than wait 24 hours and call back if it's still f🤬ked.

    @Optus Is there any fix for the really poor streaming quality of optus sports? All other apps and streaming services work fine but the premier league streaming quality and replays are shocking.
