    @Optus The icing on the cake that i got is they blocked me from raising any cases on the app. Can you please JUSTIFY your support team’s actions. I guess if u can’t solve a problem. Block the customer requesting a resolution. - That seems to be the new tagline

    @Optus How hard is it for customer service reps to remove a service from an account? 3rd month iv been charged for something that was meant to be resolved last month. First i was told Optus Sports was free with NBN then i get told its free with mobile. Unacceptable behaviour.

    @Optus I have sent all the requires documents which proves you guys made a mess. Now, can I have my money back??? This is very sad state of affair! I believe a company like @Optus should have better process I place to refund the customer money when they charged in error.

    @jacojac Hi Jack, just to clarify, if you have more than two services still on legacy plans (non-Optus Choice Plus plans), you can still share data amongst those two services, just not with the service that has been recontracted to the Optus Choice Plus plan. (1/2)

    @hisaflog A boomer out and about with heavy symptoms for over a week is who got me. Only figured it out coz one of the guards and the dude from Optus all tested positive the same day and we did some maths and remembered a first aid incident a few days earlier. Dhhs were no help.

    I’m in an Optus live chat. It started 15 minutes ago. So far he asked my name, I said Brodie, he said thanks for being a customer for over 10 years, I said no problems…. And now there’s been silence for 10 minutes. This is going about as well as my in person chats.

    @CatmanForever @HumanHeadline Just some food for thought, my main phone is a basic non-smartphone. No gps, FM radio, and the hardest txt system ever lol, it’s never had any scam attacks - yet my new smartphone through Optus has been bombarded & I got a new number issued. 🤔 Might b a smartphone problem 😧

    @gurusculler @matttaylor_1 @petryan I used to think they were just being parochial. But now I realise they never wanted another state hosting it in fear of what happened last night. Optus Stadium is quite incredible.
