@Optus And while waiting for you, or anybody really, I've spent time troubleshooting myself and seem to have fixed it. So much for customer service.
@Mattox_81 @xDOCTAx Ahhh already running a bridged modem into a router, cool. Wouldn't be surprised if that optus Sagemcom is holding the speeds back, a quick temp fix is to do a factory reset on both your modem and router as long as you have your PPPoE password from your ISP since they use logins.
To be fair I should mention that I finally got the resolution I sought - to be reimbursed for bills charged after I'd cancelled the service, but it did take 5 and a half hours of back and forth arguing my case. Thanks @Optus
@Optus I have been on your message app for 7hrs trying to fix my home internet. At this point I have been told, sorry can't help someone will call you in 2 days. #Frustrated #NoHelp #Optus
@Optus Countless Dropouts over the past 5 days here in Vermont Sth 3133. Can't use the internet continuously for more than 1 hour before it drops out and disconnects. Seriously impacting online classes and meeting and all I can get from support is 'issue identified'???
@Optus sent a complaint about Optus Bankstown Central store giving misleading information led to us signing the contract with unexpected items. Case manager was assigned but all he/she did is the contract says blah blah blah and you have agreed to sign the contracts.

@Optus Ported one of my numbers to Vodafone mid December. Still getting billed even after numerous chats with them about it. Got an email advising late charges. Not paying. Chatting to them again and wasting hours on this ****. Don't do OPTUS
@Optus yes, as always it was a @NBN_Australia fraudband issue., same as yesterday, same as last week, same as everytime. The problems with living in the next PM's seat, @AlboMP for PM.
I might have been too quick to praise @Optus yesterday. My new business eSim doesn't work. I've tried calling the store, customer service, messaging through the app and messaging here on Twitter - all to no avail.
