    @Optus What nonsense! All that happens is I get told all the issues are my problem! Wrong router, wrong tv, wrong internet. I'm just going to find "alternative means" to watch the EPL

    @Optus , HELP, YOU ARE KILLING ME SLOWLY, 2 weeks trying to get a new modem for our internet, that’s all I need, yet on the phone again, this is no 6 call, it’s not that hard to understand, this is worse than torture.

    (I'm an unhappy Optus customer!) A few days ago I recieved an email to say that I didnt need to do anything but my monthly rate was going up by 30+%. Sillyingly I then agreed to a 2 year cheaer deal. They then said my new phone will take two weeks to arrive. I thought thats ok...

    @Optus I took a service in store on Saturday 1Apr and looks like I have been April fooled. The service has still not been activated and customer service is playing cat and mouse with me. Worst CS ever.

    Look like @Optus loves blowing smoke up customer's arse! The tower near me was supposed to be completed by 7pm last night. The Network Status page still has the network upgrade work is underway message... & it's 1:30pm! My 5G Home Broadband speeds is still abysmal!

    @Optus must know I have loads of marking to do ONLINE. The modem has been turned off and on again FIVE TIMES already, only for the internets to stay for only minutes. Now hot spotting in my own home. Playing the waiting game via chatbot for them to even acknowledge the issue.
