    gotta love the NONsensical OPTUS.. sms to tell me theyre playing with net /ph /wifi and if I have issues to ;-)))) yeah use the net... theyre taking DOWN ..to do so .. I wonder who there thought that was sane?

    @hardenuppete @originenergy They should be forced to pay for credit tracking for each customer that has had their account hacked for 12 months like Optus had to with Equifax.

    @enngees Hi there, customers can recharge their service or purchase add-ons online using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or JCB) and PayPal. An Optus service needs to connect to the Optus network for activation, so we generally recommend setting up and activating the SIM once they've arrived in Australia. If you're still having trouble recharging, please send us a DM, and we'll take a closer look into this for you. -Talia

    @jazzpk Australia switched off its 3G network in 2024, since then Jazz IR roaming stopped working in Australia. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive a reply to adjust network settings to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

    @blu_boys @Optus If you bank with commonwealth they have a deal with more. It uses the Telstra network, usually 25% off with an already well priced plan.

    @Optus Not trying to activate a service, verifying my ID on my prepaid ask you asked. The app is garbage, tried it & all is does is ask me to update (I already have), now it keeps telling me to update then shuts down. Have to waste my time going instore.

    Always who loss has more planning than winning team so be prepared for a heavy fight which freo have never seen in 2026 80% optus stadium games went favourable so now is the real challenge first time in 2026 @freodockers
