    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @peters_malcolm You have to check if you are getting 3G or 4G. If you have strong 4G signal and slow internet change your wifi settings to manual DNS. Optus routing can get very messy so try 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.8 . Turn on Airoplane mode for a minute then turn it off and see if it is improved

    My internet is connected in theory but in practice its not letting me do **** Optus: nothins wrong My internet: drops out every couple hours like CLOCKWORK 5am 6am 10am Midday 1-3pm 5pm

    @peters_malcolm I’m near Manly, in Sydney. I got one bar reception on Optus so changed to Telstra. Still only one bar. Thank Abbott/Turnbull for **** communication infrastructure.

    Dear @Telstra and @Optus Can you two work out a way so customers like myself dont have to deal with paying off a phone, when hand over happens all the bills should be sent to the company not the customer, then that company should ask the customer to pay off said bill. Thanks.

    @Optus so there is an issue with webmail and there is a REF number. As a Allied Healthcare Professional this needs to be fixed ASAP not like a week in 2022
