Day 2: how any business happens in Derby is beyond me, truly the worst reception in an established town I have experienced. Telstra, Optus, Govt etc should be offering free service until they fix this mess.

@Optus here we go again. More Optus issues. Very minimal phone service since Friday and no bars again today. Apparently you are doing work in the area. Can you justify leaving people with no service for this many days? I am in 4019. When will you be finished?

  • jasonetheridge Jason Etheridge (@jasonetheridge) reported

If you're in Australia, having #Optus as your NBN ISP means you pretty much have to use their supplied modem/router. After many hours of painful conversations with their support, it's obvious they won't tell you what you need to configure your BYO router to connect. Ridiculous.

Hey @Telstra why are you blocking the December security update for the Pixel 6? You did the same for the Android 12 update with the Pixel 4/5. Having to pop an Optus SIM into my phone just to get crucial security patches is a bit stupid. @Ausdroid FYI

@Optus @bangtanmum Government advice is clear on mask exemptions. The staff at that store were in the wrong. And you can not even apologise. Bad form @optus
