@EdKent77 @SamsungAU @Optus Samsung I think give you a brand new one if it's warranty but n9t sure of the process anymore.. They have samsung care/+ you have yo have signed up too. Try clearing old apps and cache in settings. Or, try holding power button and vol up and down at the same time for 10 seconds.

@MrPhilQ So I was with Voda for years pre pandemic and swore by them. Good enough, affordable, killer roaming. More recently I've been with all three and don't know what's changed but Voda are terrible - at least around the areas I frequent. Back to Optus. Light years ahead.

So two incompetent companies encountered today trying to sort out my @SamsungAU mobile, who then sent me to @Optus who were equally unhelpful. Ridiculous considering the nature of the issue. Currently back on chat support for both. Time will tell.

@Optus I am sick of getting disconnected constantly why does the wifi keep on disconnecting every 10 minutes it’s happening to like 4 of us and we all live in different areas there is no way to fix it it’s been happening for two weeks

@LukeAFoley @ParamountPlusAU I have optus s a provider. So works for me anyway. But every experience I have had with Paramount is awful.
