@PeterWMurphy1 @abc730 But we know and remember as the victims of the Optus hack forced to do Fletcher’s heavy lifting due to this questionable decision. People lined for literally hours at Motor regos to cancel hacked drivers licenses for reissuing. Those poor stressed staff.

@Optus you really need to work on your regional coverage. Down in the snowy mountains and apart from Jindabyne centre, your service is shocking. Lucky to get any at all nearly everywhere I have been.

@Jeremy_Kirk @Optus @medibank So basically every reply in here has clearly not actually read what was said. It is outraging just about the ASD having the authority to step in and take charge of a Cyber Incident response by a company if the Incident is deemed to be a national security risk. /1

Any other @Telstra customers not receiving calls and texts from @Optus numbers or any verification texts? I was told it would be fixed in 48 hours a week ago and that it’s a “known issue”
