Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

@lynnemurphy1 @Optus We have cheap internet and mobile pay as you go thingies with Kogan who get it through Vodafone. I’d never go back to Telstra if I could possibly help it but many rural Tasmanians have no choice

@Optus Oh lord!....been your loyal customer for 20 + years including home internet, TV and all our mobile phones....did you survey your customers prior to the @GladysB move.......I have been a die hard Optus fan but its time to move with such ethics @OptusEnterprise.. wish me luck
