Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

@JNilsson_lab I do my internet and phone with TPG. Their customer service may not be great, but the are cheap, often much cheaper than the big names such as Telstra and Optus.

@Optus About an hour ago my NBN went out. Fetch, Internet and Home phone all not working. Have Vodafone on mobile luckily. Is there an outage in Blackburn, Vic? I’ve checked website but it says no. Turned everything off and on. No luck. Help!

@Optus Do I have to share the entire script of a customer support trying to upsell me a new NBN modem when I just want to change rates per month? He's trying to trick me into thinking it's necessary so he can meet KPI's. Dodgy sales people, you guys are bordering on criminal.
