Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

@FTank @Optus hahahaha You assume it was solved. Even after I got connected it took another 3 hours to get data because the first person was satisfied with restarts and didn't tell me how to do a network reset. Optus are a steaming pile of poo and only exist to make @telstra look good

Absolutely RIDICULOUS service by @Optus Internet down since Tuesday 7th Dec. Every day I am told that the service will be restored by 6pm and someone will call me in the meanwhile - so far - no call and no Internet - 4 days and counting!!!! Its a Joke!

‘No’ #Optus than ´Yes’ Optus..No WiFi for 4 days…in our premises in Sydney - waited for hrs on hold then call drops off & no one calls back after promising…. @Optus - this is unacceptable! How’s one supposed to work? #outage #nbn Australia.

@PenelopePPop @Optus @Telstra Well hopefully all good for you now. I ended up having to switch networks just to get my phone number to work again. 10 mins in a store and I had my number ported and an activated service and I could get back to running my business and out of the abyss land.

@Telstra He’s doing nothing of the kind. He’s liaising with my lawyer, 8 plus months to solve a thousand dollar problem. Joke is I already bought a new Optus Fone and slammed your chip in it after I cracked the bullshit security protocols you try to impose on people. So utterly pissed
