Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

What's happening @Optus. Constant and repetitive streaming issues. Your service is becoming as bad as Telstra. No phone, no internet, no Fetch TV over and over again.

@CelerySorbet @latte_oz So, are they easily identifiable by their tin foil hat? As Telstra/Optus/Voda all have 5G service at York St (According to the maps). Definately some one you doesn't care about their community.

@Optus I have just pent an hour on the phone trying to talk to someone about cancelling a service. Twice I have been cut off. Now I am somewhat pi55ed off. They both had my number with no return calls. Can someone call me ASAP to discuss please? Thanks

@Optus that doesn't tell me how to report the fake number that calls me. I sent it in my last tweet - has it been blocked from the network yet?

@MarksmanPlays_ @Optus My Telstra never goes out bro

@Optus Hey Optus taking away direct carrier billing for no reason is so ****. You folks have sucked consistently over the years.

@Optus Yes I've seen. It doesn't support half the stuff I was using the Google Play service for so I may as well swap to a provider with services I'll actually use. Just logic I'm sure you understand

@Optus @StepUpComputing Thanks heaps, StepUpComputing. I think that with the variety of people having the same problem, @optus needs to open a Mail Server Issue and talk with Microsoft, because it's really not my job, as a customer, to be the negotiator for a company-wide issue.

  • Reynardo_red
    Reynardo the Fox (@Reynardo_red) reported

@Optus @StepUpComputing Ok, now Microsoft are asking me to do authorisation on email servers. Obviously that's WAY past what I as a customer can do. What email address should I send the Microsoft emails to so that your Email Server Experts can solve things?

    >6 hours now. Hey @Optus, you obviously have no idea when you'll fix the problem it took you hours to acknowledge, but how about at least stating on your /about/network/service-status how long it's been on the fritz?
