    @Optus more than 24 hours of messaging and broadband still not working, no word on when it will be. And no human available to speak. That's service with a very small 's' #pathetic

    Many #Aussie gamers can’t connect to the internet with Optus and other network providers cause rainy and storm strike all NBN Broadband areas It’s kinda interesting of many customers are angry at this today, So disaster.

    @NBN_Australia Thats not to mention the hours i’ve wasted on calls and chats to Telstra/Optus and others trying to get a solution to work

    @Optus Negative, data only plan still has no connection to 3G/4G even though connected to network. Device has been restarted etc

    @JesMullins @Optus We're switching from @Optus to Telstra today. We've been unable to make or receive phone calls at our home for two weeks. Optus won't even acknowledge the issue. We've reported in nine times.
